Your fibroid is significantly large . If it is submucosal , bleeding will not stop even after
harmonal treatment, If fibroid is not the cause, you can take 3 months harmonal treatment
Just 10 days premenstrually for 3 months , you can tide over the bleeding crisis.

Hi this is not dangerous, since its thickened endometrium and owing to your age, an small biopsy will rule out major problems so after the biopsy you can take progesterone to treat the condition. There is no need of hysterectomy other wise. fibroid will shrink once you attain menopause
