Waking up in middle of the night
Hi Dr plz help me I'm very disturbed due to lack of sleep even though i dont sleep in daytime.. last night i hardly slept was waking up every 1-2 hours without a reason.. first time i woke up with stomach discomfort had bowel movement and again after an hour wake up for pee, Again after 1-2 hour without a reason.. when i wake up i know i can't fall asleep it is very difficult again, I have acidity problem but taking pills No BP or sugar both are normal.. my lifestyle is moderately active 4-5 days a week i jog for 40 mins a day, Even some times i get anxiety attacks in a day time i had chest discomfort and all heart symptoms, visited to doctor he said to do ecg, echo & tmt tests i did and they are normal.. But the sleep problem still persist😪 I'm very much disturbed plz plz help me..
