Bowel movements in the middle of the nig
Hi doctor from last 8-9 days I'm waking up in the middle of the night around 2:30 - 3:30 am every night to pass bowel movements.. I'm getting disturbed stressed due to lack of sleep, once i wake up i can fall asleep easily again.. Earlier i used to have 2 bowel movements in a day, now I'm getting only at night time.. my health problems- I have acid reflux and burning sensation in urine and weak urine flow problems other than that no issues.. plz help

Have luke warm water before goin to bed.
Next Steps
change your habit of goin in night time. try to go in the morning time.if condition not improve cosult online.
