What milk Alternative we can give to baby boy 2 year plus with Milk Allergy. Can we give sofit soya milk or calcium fortified so good soya milk? Also is Calcimax P syrup safe for him? Or How can we make sure he has enough calcium without milk and does not have calcium deficiency? Also is there any side effects of giving Similac isomil after 2 years of age apart from low nutrition values. I am unable to find any soya based or vegan formula milk for 2 years plus. The only available options are Sofit and So good soya milk.

My son has intermittent wheezing sound and shortness of breath/breathlessness. Sometimes it occurs too frequently. He sleeps well but keeps changing position. The doctor mentioned tachypnea on and off on prescription for the first time and prescribed Asthalin Syrup 3 times , Omnacortil Syrup 2 times and Azee Syrup 1 time along with Levolin 0.31 3 times and Budate Nebulizer 2 time. Now in addition to medicine mentioned before Now Doctor has added Alex Junior Syrup and Otrivin P drops. The doctor has said there is no chest congestion. It has been the 6th day since we have started the medicines. But still no relief. He is having the same issue. Can someone tell what exactly this issue is? We are so tensed due to these breathlessness-like sounds.

My age is 70 years. I am doing one hour yoga, one hour walking in the morning and I swim for one hour in the evening daily.I have heavy bloating and gas problem from many years.Vayu reflux non stop when the stomach is empty. Such type of bloating occur many times in a day.I have taken allopathy, Ayurvedic and homeopathy medicine also but no result found. Baby is 4 months old, birth weight is 3.3 kg and exclusively breastfed. Baby has been prescribed Vitamin D3 (Uprise D3 0.5ml once daily), Calcimax P (2.5ml twice daily), and Bevon (0.5ml once daily) We are seeking a second opinion to better understand the specific reasons for these prescriptions and to confirm if they are the most appropriate for our baby's current needs. Could any of these supplements be overlapping or providing too much of a certain nutrient if given together? How long should our baby be on these supplements, and how will we assess if they are still needed later? My baby had fever which we assumed viral we gave ibugesic plus and meftal p for 2 days but fever persisted then started giving ab(augumentin dss) 2.5ml per dr consultation later after 2 days no sign of improvement fever gets back in 4-5 h. We had blood test and found typhoid negative but crp 16, Hb 8 and sgot 59. Dr started taxim o from today but again after one dosage no improvement. Its already 5th day but no improvement we also stopped giving ibugesic plus and changed to crocin 250. How can we cure my baby

I had Birtholian cyst removal surgery on left side of vagina on 25 March, stitches are there on internal left side of vagina. It is been 11 days still pain is there in that site. Doing Sitz bath daily twice a day using hydrogen peroxide as suggested by doctor. And applying metrogyl p 2% ointment. Please help and advice how much more time does does stitches will take to dissolve and heal completely. If I walk or use stairs more the pain starts to increase. I am bit worried about the healing. Kindly help how much more time will the recovery take and what best practices should I follow.

Dear Doctors Kindly help my wife to treat her breast pain since 10 month , I consult many. Doctor and institute like PGI Chandigarh,Any private clinics but there is no response and also I consult with cardiologist but heart having no issue but. now the pain condition is increased and no one can diagnose why pain occur again and again , ultrasound, x-ray many things I did but all is normal and her have big size of breast but continuously pain is not a good , she also take Pregabalin and methycobalamyn once a day along with multivitamin and zerodol p tablet but no response Please help to treat this problem as soon as possible Thank you 86xxxxxx08

Hello doctor, I am 37, female. I am suffering from severe knee and hand thumb bone pain since last 7 weeks. I was prescribed steroid, 5 days course and subsequently pain killers along with some supplement. But as soon as I stop taking pain killers the pain will resume with the same intensity. Its most painful during night and in the morning. I can't even walk a single step. Is there any cure? Also, the thumb bone in my right hand is such that I can't tear a packet or chapati. Please suggest something. I am on painkillers since last 7 weeks and I know its harmful. P. S. X- ray report came normal. RA factor, thyroid, uric acid within range. Hba1C 6.5

My 3 years 8 month son having fever and cough.doctor told to give calpol 4ml for each 6 hours and Amoxicillin (antibiotics) 4 ml for 2 times a day.if fever exceeds 101 Ibquesic should be given of 7 ml.now at 7 PM i have given calpol and Amoxicillin.. now it's 8:30 P M fever is 103 ... should I give Ibquesic or should I wait... please tell at what time i should give Ibquesic.? my son weight is 13Kg

Kindly see my MRI report for cervical spine with CVJ which shows low lying cerebeller tonsil (5 mm desent) with mild crowding of foramen magnum.  I have symptoms of left back side head pain as now from last 10 days. Kindly suggest?? I have started medicine as lornox P 1 time day,  myoril 2 times a day and joinfast tab 1 times day.now after medicine n resting pain is less. But is there any cure for future without any surgery as I am having headache/migraine from last 10 years n taking naproxen 250 whenever it's occurs weakly. My job is WFH laptop job for 10 hrs a day.
