Good day This is in regard to the pain in  the left arm, neck and shoulder along with electric shock feeling and pulling.  Three weeks back my mother fell from bed and hurt herself on the left side.  She gave some hot water treatment, applied ointment and took Hifenac-P, the pain subsided a bit and then all of a sudden started to flare up. Showed to nearby doctor, got ECG done, everything was normal, but there was no improvement in pain...later went to orthopedic doctor, got an x-ray done and came to know that there was a tear....they gave medicine but of no use.   I really feel bad for her as also along with this she suffers from allergic cold and cough. It's Can anyone please help my mom and suggest some medicine Thanking you

Having pain in anal area little inside the rectum ,, previously had piles 3 years ago and was suffering from anal fissure 1 month ago..doctor told I was having mild case of piles too..however he didn't have medicine to consume only provided with p cool cream to apply..I mostly have long  sitting work which causes pain..there is no blood in stool and I'm taking duphalac syrup to soften stool..my pain started due to long sitting hours..pls help

I completed my 14 days home isolation on 30th April after getting Cov +ve. I was having heaviness & uneasiness in my left portion body which gradually subsided with medications suggested by Doc. Now the entire left body is fine but that same feeling is in the head and moving towards back side shoulder. Currently taking Zerodol P and Predmet 4. Is this the medicine side affects or inflammation or dead virus impacting body organs leaving behind impacts? CBC, LDH, Ferratine, ECH all are normal. Last CRP done 2 weeks back which was 4.1 .

I've been suffering from fever for last 8 days. I got my blood test done and found that I have typhoid. I have no other symptoms apart from fever. My platelets count as per three reports are: May 8 : 1.03 lac May 10: 1.13 lac May 12 : 0.80 lac I've been eating properly till now. Today I'm feeling a little bit uneasy in my stomach as well. I'm taking fever medication from my local doctor. Earlier I was taking (Fanso-p), today he changed them to Dolo & monocef. I have also had 4 days drip schedule done. Please advise if I need to change medication or need to get any more tests done or if I need to get admitted to a hospital.

My wife is having fever for almost a month now. Current temperature ranges from 98.3 to 99. A week before she was diagnosed with typhoid. First one was 1:160 and the second one 1:320. Doctor prescribed done 1 GM twice via injection for 5 days, Migace p twice when fever comes and multivitamin along with gas medicine. Earlier her fever used to be around 99 to 99.5 but now it ranges from 98.3 to 99, usually higher in afternoon. Now she is having vomiting everyday. Is this Vomiting due to antibiotics? Also she has weakness. Which food should be taken?

My mother has a lymphocytic vasculitis disease along with high cholestrol and thyroid..few days ago she has been tested positive for  p-anca and ana..we have done all test of body..but there is no finding about any disease..but she is feeling too weak and feeling warm like some hot flush coming from inside..sweating all the time..cant move from bed..no doctor could find the reason..every test report is ok..but each and everyday she is facing a worst..too much weakness..mainly why the warm flush coming from inside the body??she feels pain on chest..can anybody help me ?i cant understand what to do..

On 30th September, I had some discomfort below my left chest. On 1st Oct the discomfort increased & since it was below the left chest, our local doctor suggested to get an ECG done, which came out to be clear. The doctor gave medicine for gas and digestive. But the discomfort was still there. After  2-3 days we got the sonography done which showed grade 1 fatty liver and faeces in the colon. Post which doctor gave constipation medicine, antacid & cholesterol medicine. After 2-3 days of taking these medicines the pain was still there and the doctor suggested to do a chest xray. The xray report also was normal. Post which the doctor gave a pain killer (Tramazac P)  which reduced the discomfort and pain. I took 9 tablets, however still feeling discomfort below left chest and I can feel swelling around bottom of left ribs. Please advise.

Hello Doctor, 3 days back, my father was having severe body pain. We took him to local hospital, and the doctor said that there is fever and no phlegm. He gave some tablets and asked him to take it for 2 days. If it didnt work out, we need to take test. My father had tablets for two days and he was fine. No fever. Had steam inhalation twice. Yesterday, he didnt had tablets and today morning he is feeling body pain and he feels uncomfortable. Tablets below: T. Parclo T. CFM-O T. Alovac - P Kindly suggest what to do. Can I ask him to take theabove tablets again

1. My Daughter is 2 months 1 Day old. My Dr from 12/03/2020 he given Carmopeptin Drops morning /evening 8 drops daily and Calshine P Drops, 8 drops once in day. Now the two drops completed, Shall I Continue the same and how many months shall I continue ? 2. Other we have done BCG Vaccine and Polio. But due to Lockdown we didn't given 45 days vaccine and also may be 60 days vaccine, Can we postpone this vaccine till the lockdown. Please Suggest me. Thank you.

Hello, I have diagonised kidney stones couple of weeks back, and the size were around 4mm to 6mm on both side of kidneys, as surgeon gave prescription of Himqlqya cystone tabs and some pain killers if any occurs during stone passing period. Am strictly following the diet now and keeping myself more hydrated along with citrus fruits and coconut water regularly. yesterday pain was started, its exactly un predictable wheatjer its a pain or discomfort, as i was feeling pressure like urin and motion ...but it wont happening again and again...finally took a meftal p tab then got back to normal in few minuts. doctor can you help me why am getting a pain kind of feel in testicles during this period? is this common or any thing can be done? please help Attached reports below
