Dear Doctor, I have pain both kidney side today I visit urologist and done usg where they mentioned in report is below USG both kidney : Appear in normal in size and parenchymal echopattern and cortico medullary differenation is maintened. Right kidney : no stone or hydronephrosis Left side kidney: show a stone of 4 mm in middle calyax no hydronephrosis. Medicine given tablet zerodol p tablet aquatide 12.5 tab oson o. Please refer my report and suggest is there in any critical issue and what I have do Oe. Please suggest.

From yesterday night my heartbeat is around 110-125. When 10 minute walk it goes to 140-145. I had done ECG HR-111BPM PR-86 QRS-70 QT/QTc-286/397 P/QRST/T-26/27/46 RVS/SV1-0.74/1.01 RVS/SV1-1.75 SUGGESTED TACHYCARDIA. Plz provide your valuable suggestion. I was alcoholic and left alcohol from 1 week. Right now HR is 118-125. Please provide your valuable suggestion at the earliest.

Hello Sir/Mam, My wife is having symptoms like body ache and weakness but no fever since 5-6 days. We have done CBC 4th Oct( haemoglobin - 10.4, Platelet count - 119, PCV - 35, MCH - 25.90 MCHC - 29.7 , RDW - 15.7 lymphocytes - 15.60, Monocytes - 10.7), CRP - 5.95, and dengue igm and ns1 are negative. On 5th platelet count - 113 and on 7th oct - platelet count - 109. She is taking medicine - Defcort 6, caripill, hifenac p, pan d and enerzal sachet. Symptoms goes down after taking medicine but few hours it comes again. Could anyone please confirm why her platelet count is decreasing and what could be causing this issue.

Dear doctor, My son is 1 year 3 months old..since 1 month his fever is coming frequently... first doc given calpol then again exactly 1 week fever comes to 100 then doc had given antibiotics ( Amoxicillin, maxtra p) again after 1 week fever comes to 99.4.. Again we had visited to doctor and all time doc said that he is having viral infection and throat is bit red in colour...now he had given Augpen, alerfri syrup, and flora BC syrup...last week his weight is 11.2 kg and today it is 10 .9 kg...I m very much tensed not understanding what to do...pls help me out...is all these medicines will work??? 5 time fever comes this month...pls tell me what to do??? I have had a high fever and mild cough since this morning and a sore throat ... so that's why I took medicine from the doctor like antibiotics and paracetamol (Tab Gudcef CV (200 + 125) twice daily x 5 days Tab P-650 twice daily x 5 days Syrup Asthakind 7ml 3 times daily after food x 5 days) So my question is I took an antibiotic and paracetamol at 5:00 in the evening ... I had a low fever for a while, now I have a little fever again ... I can take antibiotics and paracetamol ...

Hello I'm 35 years old mother. Looking for psychological help for my anger issues. I don't know why I'm getting hyper tensed and not able to control my anger. I have 2 adorable kids. Both are toddlers. My poor kids are facing my anger with each passing day. I have become very very rude parent and it's affecting not only mine but my kid's mental health as well. Sometimes I feel like crying out loud but i couldn't. I started beating my kids and it's the most hateful thing I'm doing. I scream and fight for every silly thing. My babies are going through physical and verbal abuse of mine and I'm hating my self for this. I want to be a good mom. P. S my marital life is not going good and it's the major reason for my such condition. Please please help me to find the solution.

My son age 4 years Weight 15 kg From two days having cough cold wheezing stomach Mild fever Today Dr proscribed Levolin 0.63 every 15 min for 4 times And after 15 min budicort 0.5 mg For to day only after that stomach ups down comes normal. Levolin plus jr 5 ml Levocet m 5 ml P 250 4 ml Advert forte 4 ml. All one dose used 5 to 10 pm Now my son sleeping normal but his spo2 is 89 to 94.. Is it ok..?

Hi Doctor's, My baby is 2 years and 9 months old and her weight is 13 kgs. From 4 days she's having cough and runny nose. And had fever 2 days in the beginning and I gave her P Stat DS syrup for 2 days and stopped. But she's coughing more with runny nose. Started augmentin duo and wikoryl from 2 days still no changes in her health. She drinks only soup, milk and no other food. Please suggest whether any changes has to be done in medicine and what steps has to be taken. And also what foods I can try to help her to get energy. Thanks in advance
