I am 21 years old unmarried girl. I have never sexual intercourse. I have very irregular period for 5 yrs. It comes even in more than two months. My last date was on 23/11/17. On 1/1/18 my boyfriend just touched his glans penis in my hymen for few second, then removed.. On 16/1/18 doctor checked in prega news. It showed a faint line..she told me as pregnant.. She prescribed me ETHINORM E and ETHINORM P for 3 days. I have taken in two days . How can I prevent pregnancy.

I am 22 year old man ,yesterday i went for an echo after 8 years of asd device closure .echo findings are as follows.... 1)S/P ASD device closure device in situ. 2)No resdual shunt. 3)MR-mild. 4)TR-mild. 5)mild PAH. 6)normal LV systolic function. 7)LVEF-60%. 8)mildly dilated ra ,rv. Still is there any problem in my heart based on above echo findings.? and if it is there,please let me know..

I had an eye infection in the month of June-July and got cured in the first week of August. But even after that I felt discomfort in my right eyes. So I consulted with my doctor and he told me that no need to worry it would be fine in few days until you use Refresh tears. Now it's November & I don't feel any improvement in my condition. Specially in the morning when I wake up I feel heaviness in my right eyelid. Sometimes I feel burning sensation, itchiness, moderate pain, swelling in right side lower eyelid and stickiness... Regarding all that issue I consulted with my doctor again but he didn't find anything. When I was infected he prescribed me F M L - T (for 10 days) Gatiquin -p ( for almost 30 days) Refresh tears (using it till now) I am really fed up... 😞😞😟

Started with dry cough, followed by fever and vomiting since April 2017. Currently no cough but Reoccuring fever and vomiting. Weight loss of almost 20kgs in 5 months. RA factor, LFT, TB, kidney test, blood culture, malaria, dengue all negative. High esr,crp. HB 7.5, P-Anca - strong positive. is it ANCA Vasculitis or some other autoimmune disease or arthritis? Docs not able to diagnose properly. Started with solunedrol since two days.

I have been suffering from depression due to my OCD thoughts from last 18 years. Took serta 100 mg for three years after that OCD depression again start. Took paxidep 37.5 mg, lamitor 200 mg nexito 20 mg,zapiz .05 mg for five years after that again same problem start.currently taking prodep 80, lamitor 100,clonil 75 mg and sizodon 1 mg from last two months but no relief.Treatment not working from last one year. I have upset mood and no interest in any activity, excessive guilt feelings. P

I have been having recurrent polyathralgia/fleeting pains,thorn-like/piercing sensation in my right gluteal region,facial/periocular heaviness,general body weakness(especially of the upperlimbs and scalp), cramps/neuropathy on the anterior surface of my right thigh,peripheral neuropathies (both palms,left heel),and persistent gastric reflux.All my investigations (WBC,ESR,Rheumatoid factor,c-ANCA, p-ANCA,LE cells,Brain CT,MRI,Serum uric acid revolves between 6 and 9.1mg/dl,etc) have been negative

My mother is 49 years old ,platelet count 2.50 lakhs .Dengue Ns1 negative igm negative igg weakband positive test done by the reliable rapid test dx dengue combo .falciparum malaria negative .p vivax negative .widal s.typhi " o" 1:20 ,1:40 s .typhi "h" 1:20 ,1:40 .s .paratyphi "A"(H) nil s.paratyphi"B" (H) nil .Is my mother suffering from dengue or is there any possibility that she will enfected in few days .please help.

My mom is suffering from fever from around 10 days. Symptoms are- felling chilled and trembling during fever with severe body ache and headache. Fever remains with 101 to 102 degree F. After taking zerodol p and microcef cv, fever get reduced and sweating occurs after sometime. She has also developed mouth ulcer and toungue ulcer now a days and unble to eat solids. We have done malaria, typhoid, Jaundice and urin test but it all came out -ve. Dont know what to do.Please help.

I went for my one month post LASIK follow up My one week post op and one month post op PMT  ( by auto refractometer) is as follows One day OD +0.25 -1.25 *4°  6/6 One day OS +0.25 -0.25 *72°  6/6 After one month One month OD -0.25 -2.0 * 16°  6/9 (P) One month OS -0.5 -0.5* 62°  6/6 Why the PMT has increased after one month? Is there any regression ? or is it a cause of dryness ? Doctor stopped all medicines and instructed only to use refresh tears 6 times a day. Reason of this increase in number and vision ? I am deeply worried!

Helow i had a retinal check up 2 months back which told the following => RE-wwop(retina on) & LE->myopic degeneration, (retina on) Doc told for one year follow up. i was seeing some floaters for past 4 days so i went to check again but my treating doc was not available so another doc looked the retina with scleral depression and found the following today.. => RE-lattice with retinal hole and LE-myopic degeneration. The new doc told for Barrage laser in RE hole. now i was told to do optos scan also which seems fine and no hole there according to scan. My question is doc can u suggest me what is wrong actually seeing my scan reports and what to do now? P. S. = OPTOS REPORT FOR RE ATTACHED..
