Hi Iam 36 years old male. Iam suffering from Boils(Folliculitis) on hips from past 13 days. Previously there was one boil and it got five more nearly. They are paintin if touched. They are neither oozing pus completely nor they reducing. There is redness around it. I consulted Dermatologist and he gave me medication for 5 days and cream: Augmentin Duo - BD Brolei-p - BD Sudif cream Even after medicine and cream this is neither reducing nor oozing pus. I can feel they are hard and big but not oozing pus as not fully maturing. Please help Please find attached recent picture of it.

I had a small accident on 15th morning due to which i got wounds on my both knees. One wound is small another one is a slight deep cut. I have taken tt injection and currently taking medicines once in a day which is prescribed by general physician. The medicines are Zerodol P -        For pain Miliclav 625 -    Antibiotic A to Z I clean the wound with Savlon And apply CIPLADINE ointment on it once in a day and cover it with the bandage.. It is not showing any noticeable progress , the deep wound is not that much recovering . Although the pain has reduced much now but sometimes it increases in the day. Should i increase the dose ?? Or should i consult with any specialist ?? Or should i change the medicines ??

Hi, my 3 years daughter having white waterly motion for 3 times and having vommiting once since last 24 hours. She is also complaining about stomach ache and headache. We are giving below medicine , is this right one? Meftal-p for stomach ache 5ml three times Ondem for vommiting 3.5ml two times Ofloxacin oral solution antibiotics 5ml three times Tab Z &T 20DT 1/2 tab for two times Is this right treatment , kindly help as I am at out station and could not find pediatric.

I had my circumcision on 6/12/2018 and was prescribed these medicines for 10days - Augmentin 625,OMEZ 20mg,Seradic-P (Tab),Chymoral forte , Neosporin oi whi i was applying and cleaning the place with warm luke water, everything is going great, im tolerating the pain but from 14/12/2018 some red patches appear on penis head and some sticky yellow discharge is coming out from that wounds and there is some cuts also which is bleeding very small but its hurting so badly like open wound, please help me ? What i do ? Whom i contact , dermatologist or urologist ??

Hi :) I have experiencing Mild fever , cold and Loose motion since Saturday. So I consulted the doctor and taking the medicines as prescribed. The medicines are as follows: Imodium capsules thrice a day Diclomove P thrice a day Okacet -L . Twice a day The fever is no more, the cold is reduced. But I have been experiencing stomach ache since yesterday evening and wasn't able to pass the stools this morning. So please tell me is there any side effects of any of the mentioned medicines above or is it a dosage effect. Will  any of you recommend this prescription for the problems I mentioned. Please let me know asap if I have to stop their usage.

Hello my father face some problem from last 15 days.. Urge itching in urination, brown yellowis urine col, fever, loss of appetite, dizzines.. He go for checkup. Doctor says it is urine infection..so gave him some medication for 5 days. .after three days all problem will flush out. And he is normal..medicine are ( pyridium 100, nimegesic-p) and a heavy antibiotic. I dont remember the name...so after 5 day medi. Doct. Says discountinous treatment...now after 3 days problem start again. So he goes to doct. And doct gave same medication. And add one more. (Nitrobact 100) now all symtoms again flush out... ..so please tell what is the problem here.. find the urine report attached.. (Please sir/mem suggest some treatment and please specify what is the problem..but please dont say for physical consultation because we are from different cities)

Hi Doc/s, I had uric acid issue in the month of march. Test was done and the doc suggested to take Febutaz 80. I took it for 21 days and it was fine after that for around 6 months. From 22nd Oct, 2018 it has recurred. I took the same medicine for 4 days and did a test, uric acid was 3.4 which was in normal range but CRP was still 26. I have been taking febutaz 80 everyday from that time and pain has reduced a little but its still there. Also when it pains a lot I take Nucoxia P as prescribed by the doc last time. Please suggest if it can be reduced as soon as possible and also if any other dietary restrictions I need to have. I dont take lentils, red meat or alcohol.

35 years male with molluscum contagiosum lesions on the base of my penis shaft. Total lesions are 7-8 in number each of size 1-2 mm except for one large which is around 4-5 mm. STD panel test reports done twice (at gap of 1.5 months, VDRL, TPHA, HIV 1 / 2 & P 24 COMBO TEST, HSV-1, HSV-2 both IgG & IgM, Chlamydia, etc) are all negative. Consulted a sexologist. He diagnosed it as MC and is suggesting laser therapy costing 15K. What are other treatment options with cost ? Is is safe to have sex ?
