Hi doctor, my Uncle has been suffering from back pain for a long time . Recently after a doctor's advice he went for MRI of Lumbo Sacral Spine. The report impression is that the MRI of L-S spine (P+C) suggests degenerative disc disease affecting 13-14 to L5-S1 levels with a pressure effect over bilateral exiting nerve roots. Could you please tell me what the impression actually means ? Can that be cured via medicine or surgery is needed only ? I am very tensed please tell me if that is something serious!!

I m suffering from blurred vision in my left eye and pain in both my eyes with mild headache.reports taken 5 days back.what is the treatment ? My power also have increased in my right eye. Power Right -6.25.   - 0.75. 160 6/6 vision Left -5. -2.25 120 6/6 p vision . Kindly suggest as it is v difficult . Last checked in jan power was around Right 5.75 -0.75 -165 Left -5.25 -1.50 - 110 Before that was Right 5.50 -0.75- 165 Left -5.25-0.50-125 which was my power for past 6 - 7 years Blurry vision ,pain ,too much of discomfort ,retina no issues .

68 year old male- Currently undergoing Immunotherapy ( Pembrolizumab 200 mg inj.on 3 weekly basis ) after Radiation and Medical therapies. Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma S/P Excision of Left Frontal Metastasis on October 2019. Last PET Scan 3 months back showed stable disease in bones and nodes. Patient is stable and active,  but since last 3 days having Slurness in speech and difficulty to recall things. Impression of a CT scan taken today is attached. Seeking your valuable suggestions.

Hi doctor this is Gauri...my daughter is 17 months old ....we are at tarkarli... yesterday she did vomit around 4:30 n she got fever around 100 at night....I gave her ondem nd crocin 120 syrup....but at night around 2 fever has came again and it was 101.9...we did wet wipes n ol ...gave her little enerzal...n again gave her second dose around 2:30...then in morning she did vomit again...n we gave her maftal -p 2.5 ml dose...around 10:30 am and then she got recovered...but in afternoon again she got fever 100

Son has fever from Tuesday night , intensity has reduced it still fever on and off. He has developed rashes too from last two days. See attached pic Based on this our doc gave blood test on Friday Where cBc all normal except esonophilia at 20 , CRP 27, Dengue igg, igm negative. Since he had till 102.5 we gave once meftal p, after that it's all Dolo 250. From Wednesday on Azithral 200mg once Dolo 250 every 5th hour Frisium once a day Rescold once a day 5ml Why this fever for longtime as this first time it's taking little time to subside.

Hello doctors My son had some viral infection last to last week. He had fever, cough n cold, n dirrhoea. Doctor had prescribed meftal p, montair lc, enterogermina respula, zincovit n lastly after 2 days zifi as well for 5 days. Done with all the medication. Everthing is improved now..but he has having stomach ache n bloating as well so doctor has given rantac also for 2 days to give before medication. From monday onward he is going to school but on n off he is complaing of stomach ache for few seconds but after that he is normal. But it keeps on coming n going. N today he complained of itching in rectum 2-3 tyms. Can i give him zental 10 ml single dose?? Have given it last year during april .

I was having heaviness in right lower abdomen these days, went for physical examination. Doctor had given test for USG and CBC, CBC is showing light infection but in USG the report is showing "multiple foci calcification noted in right lobe of liver- p/o old healed granulomas. Liver appears in normal size and echopattern. No dilated IBHR seen and CBD appears normal. Except this issue all other things are normal in USG. Doctors please suggest me something about this condition. Am i facing any serious issue?.

A week ago sr. Creatine is 3.1 and started following complete naturopathy(15 days period) wilthout taking any salt, oil and protein food.i reduced 3 kgs weight. B. P around 120/80. After one week, my sodium and potassium levels are normal but still Sr. Creatine increased to 3.8. My creatine in 2019 was 1.7. I am still using medicines bas doctor suggested. Please help me why sr. Creatine increases even after follow strict diet (Naturopathy) for a week. I am naturopathy treatment for 15 days and one week completed, but sr. Creatine increased
