I m taking medicines on the recomendation of varios ENT doctors e.g Montair lc, ebast tab, cetrizine hcl, various nasal sprays, mucinac 600 , Physiomer hypertonic nasal spray etc for the last one year, for PND, excess mucous dripping in the throat, when sticky causing lot of irritation . Citiscan is showing my nasal septum deviated to one side. Kindly guide me . Should I go for endoscopic septoplasty,No problem of respiration. Only post nares are sometimes blocked due to sticky mucous & cause lot of irrtation. Suggest the appropriate ENT SURGEON. I m retired vety surgeon. Dr S P SACHDEVA

Married, Single mom, I was taking medicines for depression untill last 3 months for 2.5 yrs. I was confirmed with PCOD in May 2017. I have gained 10 kgs in this 2.5 yrs and my periods are irregular. I was asked to take regestrone for 7 days to get my periods as it was more than 45 days LMP. Periods was worst. I had suffered lower stomach ache, migraine headache, slight nausea, back pain, mood swings, heavy flow. I am asked to take Meprate if don't get my P in 35 days.Will it make me gain weight

Chest pain. Sir , I am a 37 year old female . I get chest pain in the centre like a compressing feeling . It happens typically when I am angry or stressed and remains for 20 -30 minutes with littlr suffocating breathing . My B P and ECG Was found normal. My cholestrol and sugar are also normal . Hb is 11 . I am on stable medication for epileptic seizures since last ten years , taking lamotrigine 100 mg BD . So whats the cause of such chest pain

Hi please suggest my friend suffered with typhoid and had typhoid antibiotics for 5 days and then 7 days (ciplox and Dolo ). But chills and fever comes in morning 3o clock and in evening once daily. CBC widal test,typhoid test,Urine test and blood culture test is negative on 16th November but gettingfeve and chills daily early morning and evening..I tried taking Dolo for some days now Doctor gave me Hifenac P and multi vitamine tablet for 3 days. Can anybody suggest advice for my friend

This Monday I'm getting me bone grafting as well as implants done for the front three upper teeth ( I don't know the names :p)after I met with an accident 2 months My major concerns are 1) how long do I need rest since I'm a college student and this is the peak time of semester . So I can't afford to rest much . 2) what are the precautions to take so that there is minimal swelling and pain . 3 ) will I be able to eat well , have strong ones just like my natural lost teeth.,..

I had cold 10 days back, went to office, the AC was high that day in office, after 30 mins in office my ears blocked and there was severe pain in ears, returned to home and took Sinarest and Dolo 650, next day went to General physician and ENT, have been using below medicines since 1 week; 1.Augmentin duo 625 2. Cap.Providac 3. Otrivin Nasal Drops 4.Montair LC 5. Hifenac P 6. Metrogyl Ringing sound is still there and not clearly audible, can you please suggest if I should change medicines. I am feeling week and vomited 2 times in the night. I have not gone to office for 1 week now.

MRI Impression report of my father: Signal alteration is seen in C7 vertebral body....P/O secondary ruled out. Diffuse disc bulge C4-5 level with compromised. B/L neural foraminas diffuse without nerve root compression.Diffuse disc bulge C5-6 & C6-7 levels with oblitrated B/L neural foraminas causing nerve root compression.

S/P CABG 5 yrs & ablation 3 yrs w complications CHF, CAD, Pulm HTN, COPD etc W/ EXERTION = ^ SOB, PO2 83-90%. Dry ^ pitched cough, facial sweats & red face. Short PVC & AF runs w/wo exertion. 3+ pitting edema 2 MDs = HF flair, 1 general cardiologist = NO HF. Dobutamine Stress Echo OK, but severe mitral regurg ignored/not addressed. Ideas please. TY

M a patient of PCOD ....bt after medication I HD normal period for 3 months...bt dn I got involved in love making with my bf....he intercoused for a second n pulled out n dint ejaculated inside vegina....bt m tensed because I missed my periods ...n dn I took SECAM E and P ....m waiting for my periods... N after taking SECAM its been 2 days now .

I am 49 years 170cm, 74 kg. Since childhood until now, I have general fatigue, numbness, weakness, muscle cramps, tingling, after exercise heart rate very high. Lab. Tests: CBC, Hg, UA, EMG, EKG, T3, T4, O2SAT, Fe, SGOT , SGPT, STOOL EXAM, Ca, P, ECHOARDIOGRAPH, Protein of serum, altogether normal. Vitamin therapy are Ineffective.
