Hi, I have a recurring back pain, pointy (can't feel from outside) pain on the left waist, (last treated on 17th Dec) now started 3 days ago and isn't alleviating with Myotop 150mg (couldn't get Myotop-P). Not in a position to go to hospital due to severe symptoms just now; the pain radiates to bottom of spine so the whole back is painful and stiff. Can't sit, stand, and sleep. Observing a little symptom of bloated stomach.

I'm having stomach pain since early morning. I had one rantac 300 at morning. 2 famocide 40 at noon. Another 2 famocide 40 at evening. Yet the pain is not subsidize. I has taken warm water too in the morning. Yet my stomach is paining. It's near the belly area. And when I'm pressing that area I can feel something stuck there. Nd can feel the pain. I'm belching all the time yet nothing is working. And for this i got fever too. Thought after taking paracetamol, the fever vanisesh. Bt this pain is not vanishing.What pain is this? Should I take entero quinal as the medication for gas is not working. P. S i ate rice and chicken curry the previous night.

My C- ANCA is 14.65(Positive) and P-ANCA is 1.33(Negative) .My anti TB treatment is going on from last 4 months few days back blood came with cough. I don't have any other symptom. AFB sputum and TB culture test is also negative. Initially my doctor started TB medication by just looking at the CECT chest and no sputum test. Recently I did chest x ray and ct scan doctor said lymphnodes size has reduced but infection has spread in lungs. What does positive C - ANCA suggest can anyone please tell me?

I have whole body pain last 2 days with burning sensation and I also have. Anxiety problem I taking medication for that last 5 months but reduce to low dosage stalopam 5 at night after switching to stalopam the neuropathy pain started I consulted general physician they precribed neurozide-p capsule for nerve pain yesterday but yesterday night night I can't able to sleep with pain and anxiety and gastro problem today morning also the pain and anxiety continuing pls guide me

Since years her one leg near knee joint it swollen but now since couple of year her both legs are swollen from knee to ankle and every day she complaints about the severe leg pain and takes afenac p for pain relief .she has been visited ortho specialist earlier but no changes.till the time she is on medication the pain comes down but when the course is done she suffers again with same.her leg and feet have severe edema and  hard on the calfs feels like elephantasis when we see the leg.need proper guidance whom to consult for .

Hello doctors, My father is suffering from high fever(100.8) from last 20 days and his esr is high (85) and little bit of foot pain ( less haemoglobin 10.5) and no other problem.Initially doctor prescribed paracetamol but it didn't work then he prescribed hifanec-p, azethromycin and few other bacterial and viral infection related. But still his condition didn't improve even after continuosly taking these medicine for 20days. Temperature will rise again within 7 hours of dose. And all test reports ( cbc, Widal, sgpt,urine, kft, lft, PSA), stomach ultrasound and chest X ray are normal.

Dear sir I am patient of mild symptom of covid 19 and tested negative on 5 th May now now completed 25 days of my Covid 19 journey There is one  ulcer in my mouth 1 week ago like blood color next day it cured and disappeared from mouth. On net day it come again in my mouth on another side then again next day it cured. Sir it is black fungus or any medicine reaction. I have no symtoms of black fungus like headache eye pain etc . I am 24 year old no sugar no B P what should I do for this.

My grandmother is suffering from weakness since 3-4 days. Post that, she had cold which gone down in 1-2 days. Today, suddenly oximeter reading of her Index finger in right hand showed 84 level of oxygen (without any symptoms of cold or fever) . According to her, she is breathing quite normally. Also, today she  heard an unfortunate news of demise of some close relative, which also making her feel anxious. She is under medication of Tab Pregabid 50 mg, Tab Lupirtin P, Tab Dycical Max on daily basis. I know her covid test must have been done by now, but that couldn't happen. What can be done now??

Feeling pain in the middle portion of the chest since 2days, while breathing from throat to chest it's become tighten. Month back for this symptom MD, Medicine ,Dr consultation was done and following medicines were prescribed. In blood tests Hb%,DLC,TLC,ESR,Creatinine, liver function tests, thyroid tests were normal as per doctor advise. Following medicines were prescribed by the Dr.. 1.Pan 40 2. Podil CV 200 3. Hifenac P, Folichem,Zincovit and Montek LC So kindly guide what to do

Hi Doctor, Greetings My wife had body pains,cough and fever 3-4 days back. After taking zerodol p and paracetamol 650 (1 from each per day) for 2 days there was no fever. Today she had taken I believe excess of ors (5-6 glasses or little more) and water. Later today evening her body temperature was around 93-94 degrees and pulse about 66-68. She also had difficulty in breathing for sometime. I don't have oxymeter to check oxygen levels. Blood pressure was around 110/75. Now she is little better after some heat massage and drinking hot water. Is it ok or does she require any medication. Plz suggest. Thank you, Regards, Rajanikant
