Hello doctor, I have irregular periods but not pcod, hence my doctor has given me norm p and norm e to bring my periods on track...my last period came on 28 july and ended on 1 august...this was my first time having sex , I did it on 6th august with condom...as this was first time only penis tip went in, again we did it on 31st august this time the penis fully went in , he was wearing condom as well as we used pull out method , he didn't ejaculate inside me and neither the condom break or tear. But I was very stressed out and I took the medicines norm e and norm p for 3 days...ie from 4th September to 6th September and i got my periods on 10th sept but  the blood in starting was dark brown in colour, the flow was also light. Maybe this was because of the medicines. Hence please let me know there is possibility of pregnancy or not ?

My Daughter who will be turning 1 year old after 1 days. Age : 11 month 26 days Weight: 10.30 kg She got fever afternoon and axillary temperature was 99 ( low grade fever) therefore we have given PCM drops . Then we consulted pediatrician and He advised Urine routine micro and it comes normal. He prescribed 1) Cefpodoxime 50mg/ ml 2) pcm 150mg/ ml But again fever strike to my baby and this time it is 103 ( axillary temperature) . So we are little bit worried ? We have tried to contact pediatrician but unfortunately it is unreasonable. I have started sponging? Can we give meftal p to my daughter ( 11 months 26 days) ? If yes then how much dose can I give her & what interval ? If I can not give meftal p to my baby then what can I take other measures to control fever. Dear sir, My son is 09 months old & suffering loose motions with fever since 3 days ( first day loose  motions and second day onwards fever)  Today we went to hospital and the paediatrician suggested for ORS ,Enterogermina , Zinc Acetate Oral solution and P-125 drops. But he did not even check the temperature and told me that it is nothing and not to worry. But my son is suffering everyday fever also. Heat is particularly at head part and it is increasing on nights. Day times the temperature is not so high. His motion is FULLY IN YELLOW COLOUR AND GREEN WATER LIKE. We are so worried though we use medicine. Today we start the medicine except P 125. Till yesterday we were using P125.My worry is that WHY IT IS NOT GETTING CURED EVEN AFTER THE MEDICATION ALSO. My doubt is, are the  medicines above said are really usefull. Or do we need to go for further medical examination for my son Or shall I wait for two more days by using these medicines. Pls suggest us sir. We are really worried.

Detected with Malaria after suffering with high fever 104 F for 5 days. Currently hospitalized. Came to know that 2 types of malarial parasites are positive. 1) P. Vivax and 2) P. Falciparum . Currently on malarial medication. And also he is diagnosed with diabetes in these 5 days. I have 3 queries now. 1) he has no chills and shivering . So little bit worried whether we are on correct medication . Pls explain the possibility of malaria with out chills. 2) read in some medical columns that vivax and falciparum parasites will hibernate in liver and malaria will relapse again. How do we confirm that it is completely cured.? 3) diagnosed with type 2 diabetes now and no hereditary diabetes in his family line. Hba1 c test came as 9.3. Is there any link with diabetes and malaria ?? Because he has no symptoms and signs of diabetes before

2 yr old got cold and cough a week back, for which doctor gave him monticope & asthakind & nebulizing with budecort & levolin..i gave him the syrups only & couldn't nebulize him due to a busy schedule but his cough improved a little bit..3 days back he got fever 102 degree in the morning so i gave him crocin 240 twice in 5 hrs gap & fever reduced a little bit & in the evening again it went to 103 degree, so the doctor prescribed meftal p..his fever went down with meftal p..but at night he started shivering so we took him to emergency & they gave him crocin 240 & n he slept for 3 hours..his fever is going up and fown since past 3 days & we are giving him crocin 240 every 4 hours...Child is playful even at 101 degree temperature and becomes lazy when temperature rises above that..he is drinking water normally but avoiding food but i still try to feed him a little bit..he is passing stools and utine normally...doctor prescribed him nebulizer & alex junior for cold & cough..next steps pls

Hi Doc, My 6month old baby is on lactogen stage 2 formula milk...before he was on lactogen 1 from birth...he is recently turned 6month so we are giving him Lactogen stage 2 formula milk...he drinks breastmilk also...his stomach gets upset after drinking lactogen 2, also his poop color changed in loose foaming light yellow...before on lactogen 1 he do gray greenish mix poop... And he is on supplements also....his birth weight is 2.6kg...and now 6 month old- he is 8.8kgs 1)Calshine P drops -0.5ml a day 2)BEVON Drops -0.5 ml a day 3)Calcimax-P syrup -3ml twice a day 4)Tasiron drops -5 drops with like warm water twice a day In solid he eats boiled apple puree in the afternoon. Why he is having colic pain often? He cry so much when we give colimex drops then only he feels good ... Is these drops are too much for a 6month old baby?
