I have been diagnosed with salmonella typhi 'o' (1:160), typhi 'h'(1:80), paratyphi 'ah'(1:20), paratyphi 'bh'(1:20 positive) (unit in dilutions) I want to confirm regarding its treatment. My doctor has prescribed oral medication as zenflox plus (ofloxacin and cefixime), hifenax p and rabekind-dsr. Is this suppose to be ok?

Hellow sir, my wife had a misscourage and D&C was done before 14 days and bleeding was continue with severe pain after 5/6 days too. As a result D&C was done 2nd time yesterday at 11am and she had no pain till 4pm today and now she is suffering from severe pain. Drotin M was recommanded but it is not working. Can I give her Zerodol P ?Please help

My uvula and its surrounding area have remained extremely red with several pimples all around for 3 days now. My tonsils are not enlarged. I have been suffering from irritable bowel syndrome for the last 15 years and 10 years back my lever function tests levels are found to be  high and it's enlarged .till date both the problem persists and I never felt any pain or physical abnormality except my bowel tightness feeling ..is there any permanent cure for IBS and Lever enlargement .how this SGPT ,SGOT levels can be brought or maintained normal...
