Ecg values
I had a chest pain a couple of days back and I went ahead and took the ECG Here are the values Vent.rate = 73bpm PR interval = 114ms QRS duration = 94 ms QT/QTc = 388/427 ms P-R-T axes 64 52 25 Are these the normal readings ? Is there any precaution to be taken as the pain is observed in different parts of the body at different times.

Nothing much to worry...but its better if you upload ECG here then we can guide you properly...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
