Hi, This is Dipanwita (24 years Old)I was facing frequent urination issue since 2017.Then in 2021 I visited a doctor,he suggested me to take Mirago 50 for 90 days.The medicine course ended on 08/06/2021. I was finally relieved after 4 years.Then in last week I got a cat bite,one of the doctors from PRACTO suggested me to take- 1.Tetglob 250 Injection 2.Zerodol P tablet and 3. A to z Gold soft gelatin capsule. After taking the medicine for 2 days,my urination timeline got changed.Right now I am going 3 to 5 times in an hour in the morning.Can anyone suggest me what can be the reason behind this issue regenerating again? As I got completely fine after having Mirago 50 ,and doing Kegel Excercise. Its not that , during the course of Mirago 50 I was fine.I was fine even after finishing the course of Mirage 50. After 2.5 months , suddenly it showed up again.Is it because of Zerodol P or A to Z gold gelatin capsules?I am also feeling that my stomach is getting heavier ! Kindly suggest.

Sir,   I have problem related to the eye. My eye become red after sometime especially in morning.I was using eye drop that I have mention in photo.  This problem is from mid February I have consulted to 2 doctor for this problem.This drop is prescribe by the practo online consultant doctor.  Drop which I was using are as follows Previous use eye drops;(prescribed by physical doctor)   1) Bepotime(bepotastine besilate ophthalmic solution 1.5% w/v)   2) Edowet(carboxymethyl cellulose sodium eye drop I. P. 0.5% w/v) 3) Sightgat ( gatifloxin eye drop) Recent use eye drops(prescribed by practo doctor)  1) Bepotime(bepotastine besilate ophthalmic solution 1.5% w/v)  2) Edowet(carboxymethyl cellulose sodium eye drop I. P. 0.5% w/v)  3) Bronism(bromfenac ophthalmic solutions 0.09%w/v)  Practor doctor said that you have episcleritis.  Sir please I request you to prescribed me some best best medicine so that I can be fine early.  Sir is this serious problem. Should i go for physical doctor?

Respected sir / madam, My father M 58 his suffering from cellutits last 2.5.months after debrigement ankle doctor advised lots of antiobatiits complete last 2.5 months And blood test report detail attached below. Also his BP and diabetes patient. Today HBA1c report -6.7, fasting 100 p. P-140.. The antibiotics completed as on date given below -: Tab cetil 500mg for 5 days Tab sansiclav 625 mg for 14 days Tab linox 600mg for 14 days Tab Azithral 500mg for 14 days Tab Augmenting 625 mg for 14 days Tab milcef 500 mg for 10 days Tab clid 300 mg for 10 days Tab linox 600 mg for 5 days Last operation on ankle done was 13Nov 2020. So plz advise me process is good or not... Tab Temsan CT 40 for BP continue Tab Glyree MV1 for diabetes continue..

Hello Doctors,my baby is 1 year old...Her both  eye is swollen since 1st may.(we noticed),I check with gen pediatrician ,urine protein is negative..but protei creatinine ratio is 0.43,.doctor gave some blood test hb,cholestrol,protein,albumin also normal on 1st july..but day by day her eye swelling get wrosen..atfirst we see only lower eye lid swollen but since 15 days upper lids also swollen..We do online consaltation with pediatric nephrologist he asked repeat to do urine routine test and protein creatinine ratio ..this time protein in urine routine negative..protein creatinine ration 0.35..doctor said it is not nephrotic syndrom..he asked for c3,c4,Ana ,p anca and C anca test.. Today result arrived..C -Anca positive.. Doctor said it is autoimmune disease..He asked for P-Anca , c-Anca doing again from other lab We are very affraid ...pls guide .. Is it confirm auto immune diasese?he said vasculitis ...baby has rash on hèr body from yesterday...before 20 days she had same type of rash

Woke up at 4 am on Tue night with pain and swollen heel. I was feverish. used relispray and took a tab of zerodol-p. Next 2 days fine. On Fri felt tinge of pain but transferred from heel to middle of the feet from below. Friday night it inc a lot and I took zerodol-p as I got feverish. Sat morn pain high with slight swollenness. Consulted doctor online, prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d and chymoral forte. doing cold compress, put a crepe bandage and resting. No x ray done. pain is almost gone today. Got blood test done as advised. My uric acid high for 2 years, no meds taken, no issues yet. It was 9.4 in 2022, 8.9 in 2023 and today its 8.8. Vit D is 17.73, Triglyceride is 349, VLDL 47, Non HDL Cholestrol 154, HDL ratio 4.8, C-reactive protein 15.91. Rest all normal limits. Is this gout/plantar fasciitis/acute inflammatory condition? I will change food habits, any medication to be taken to avoid future scenarios?

I probably twisted my ankle on Tuesday night when I woke up to drink water at 3 am. At 4 I woke up with pain in my swollen heel. I was feverish too. I used relispray and took 1 tablet of zerodol-p and slept. Wednesday morning everything was fine so I went to office. Thursday too everything was fine and no pain at all. But on Friday morning I felt a tinge of pain but it had transferred from heel to middle of th e feet from below. I went to office and the pain kept increasing but not alarming. On Friday night it increased a lot and I took another zerodol-p as I got feverish again and slept. But Saturday morning pain was high with slight swollenness. Consulted a doctor online who prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d, chymoral forte. I am doing cold compress, put a crepe bangade too and taking rest. Is this transfer of pain after 2 days common? How come it went away and came back? Do I need to take anything else like calcium tabs or ligament repair tab? No xray done yet. It's tough to walk.

Hi My baby is 1.5 year old, he got fever 4 days back I gave him the crocin ds 250 whenever the temp is more than 99 with intervals of more than 6 hours.. After 2 days fever has gone... The next day he got ulcers and refuses to eat food in the same day he again got the fever here are my doubts regarding the fever please clarify. 1. If the temp is 99 or 100 can I give crocin ds Or only sponzing is ok?? 2. After I give the crocin how much time to wait for fever to come down. Why I m asking this because I gave crocin ds 3 ml to my baby I waited for 1 hours still the fever didn't come down... Then I have the meptal p then fever came down... But sometime I waited for 2 hours with 99 or 100 temp to come down completely.. So wht is the exact duration I should wait 3. When I gave meptal p after the crocin my baby temp reduced to 97.4 or 97.3 sometimes his head hand all body is cold... Is it normal?.. After sometimes like 3 hours it came to normal. 4 the medicine not going more than 4 hours

I have pain in my throat which also pains my left side of ear and pain while swallowing. Are these medications good to take ? I do not have oral betadine to gaggle what is next alternate? Dr prescribed me, MONTAIR LC STRIP OF 15 TABLETS ZINCOVIT STRIP OF AUGMENTIN DUO PANTOP 40MG BETADINE 2% MINT DOLO 650MG STRIP Can instead of these I can take the medicines below ? Sir my typhoid test is positive (widal test) but I have no fever my body temperature 🌡️ always under 99. Like some time 98,some time 97...bus I feel dizziness, weakness, body vibration,... So near me there is a medical shop...he gave me .. monocef injection intra vesicles...like 2 time in a day ... Azithromycin 1 tablet for 6 days... paracetamol in sos...and 1 multivitamin tonic ...right now I am worried 😫 that 4 months ago I diagnosed with malaria 🦟 p vivax I eat chloroquine,and prymaquinee .. write now I am taking antibiotics...there is to much medicine 💉 my body intract this year ..will I be safe 😫... if there is no typhoid then. Because widal test is not gold standard
