My BP 140/90.. ( earlier 159/90, 150/90, then 145/90)
I used to take LOSAR H Tab .
Recently I found pain in chest, arms, pack
Consulted at Jayadeva heart Hospital , found Heart Normal after ECHO and 2D ECHO. Prescribed TELMA-H tab/Daily along with fladol P ( need based )
Need suggestion which TAB will be effective more .

Telmisartan is first line antihypertensive now a days meet your Physician regularly. Once BP is controlled. Get a stress test to rule out ischemic heart disease
