Hello doctor, My son is 4.5 years of age. He had loose motions, so given OFM syrup followed by echonorm sachets for 5 days ( July 26 th to July 30 th) and it is cured completely. After that he got fever of 100.3 to 101 on August 1st so I gave him paracetamol syrup p-250 but fever was not under control for 4 days and as per the pediatrician recommendation we have done few blood tests(attached reports) yesterday. Doctor prescribed an antibiotic polyclav dry syrup for 5 days and now th e fever is reduced. Pls confirm me as due to infection are there High lymphocytes and low monocytes etc.His CRP is 7.2. Kindly suggest me how to increase his weight and make him healthy.

Hi, about 1 month ago, I had suffered from right testicular pain and then two doctors provisionally diagnosed me with epididymo-orchitis. The last doctor gave Amoxyclav 625 for 5 days, Hetrazen 100 for 3 weeks and Zerodol P for 5 days. Didn't give me any test. This group of medicines worked and the pain totally went away for 10 days. But unfortunately I ended up masturbating and the pain relapsed after 10 days. Though it's not as intense like before. Sometimes radiating towards top right in front of waist area. I never had any obvious injury to the testicles in recent years at least or scrotum and there is no separate pain if i touch or move the testes. I have not followed up with the doctor due to temporary financial issues. Can I continue the same meds and for how long?

My son is 4.5 years old weighing 20kg. He got fever of 102 and loose motion on Wednesday. His fever didn't subside on giving p-250 5ml. So we started giving combiflam 7.5 ml. But still now there is no improvement in the fever.. it reaches 102 after giving combiflam and getting reduced after 3-4 hours of dosage. He also has history of febrile seizures twice l. So we are giving frisium also. For loose motions, we are giving probiotic sachet and Delcopam Now loose motion still persist, fever is  getting reduced but bouncing back with high grade fever after 5 hours.. what shall I do..??

Since last 3-4 days, my mother aged 68 yrs is observing is minor swelling on her left side of her neck near shoulder. more clearly, it's like a lump, slightly paining only while touching it and when you touch it, it's like rolling inside that part and that part of her neck is seen slightly swolen compared to opposite part of her neck. I think that's due to infection only. What I am thinking is let her give antibiotic like augmentin duo 625/ azee 500 Twice daily for 5 days and pain killer like zerodol p one daily for 2-3 days all after food. kindly suggest. Also kindly suggest best antibiotics for throat infection.... thanks for your valuable suggestions.

My 4.5yr baby diagnosed with UTI. Only indicn in report neutrophils 66% lymphocytes reduces 28% and urine culture bacterial cells 10hpf. No symptoms except burning micturition and high grade fever last 4 days. 104 to 102. Pediac prescribes monocefo o and meftal p. 5th day fever is 100F. Another physician asked to give citralka also. Now what should be next step. Child is still having mild fever. It's been 1 day only since diagnosis and starting of antibiotics . Will it resolve completely. What action should I take next. Can u pls suggest alternative meds from ayurveda.

Hello doctor. from 1week my legs are swollen. Iam diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1,Aten 50 tablet s . B p & diabetic level is under control. From 15 days iam suffering from antral gastritis, fatty liver grade 2 & asymptomatic gallbladder polyps 5 mm . No symptoms . From 1 week my legs are swollen . What is the reason of this ? My ECG, 2 d echo is normal ,serum creatinine is 1.1. please answer.

10 days before my brother had cellulitis in leg( mild swelling, redness,pain, intermediate fever and shivering).He took antibiotics for 7 days now redness swelling fully reduced but still mild pain,  intermediate fever and shivering is not stopped.CBC blood test normal but CRP shows 66.6 mg/L.Now he taking p-650,azthiral 500 mg,lagirgod.s tablets .Now additional he got full body itching.should we need to visit doctor again?how long fever and shivering will last?whether itching is healing symstoms or worsening symstoms?

My b. p is 160/ 95 now, at  2 o clock it was 150 . Took plain telma 40 mg morning. Now can I take another telma A.m 40 or telma H ? Please answer. At 2.30 i took dytor 5 mg for leg swelling. My ECG is normal & serum creatinine is 1.1. Iam feeling anxiety, restlessness .Before breakfast  taking tablet rabalkem em , & sucral o syrup. No other symptoms.

My son who is 8 months old is having fever around 102 which did not come down with paracetamol so doc advised to use meftal p n sponging. The fever still comes n hoes bit low with sponging. He did not givd any other medics as hd said there are no other symptoms asked to come back if situation is same after 2 days. Kindly advise is wait n watch the correct option here of shall I consult another doc... Also can I give the medicine meftal every 6hrs is it safe as fever comes after 6 hrs... Lastly what is the reason for the fever

In my left eye doctor suggest glass prescription of SPH.+3.00 AND CYL -3.00 And AXIS is 160 and V/A= 6/24(0.60)P But from these also I not able to see the things properly in distance small letter its blur type . So Lasik surgery is best or not please suggest Sir/Mam . Everytime in my medical of forces exam I  get rejected because of my eyes problems so please suggest better way to get treatment for this recovery as soon as possible mam/sir . I am facing very problem from my left eye so suggest better way to get correct and get medical fit in armed forces' . Please sir/mam reply as soon as possible.
