Hi doc My baby girl was born 1 month before my edd and is presently 2 months and 13 days old. Dr. Has prescribed her D3 drops daily quantity 1 ml 800 IU. I had read somewhere that 1ml of 400 IU or 0.5 ml of 800 IU should be given. I am confused. Kindly guide. She has also been prescribed multivitamins A to Z 0.5 ml daily and another tonic with the name calcikind - p suspension 1 ml twice a day. Thanks in advance

Actually my mother age 46 has extreme pain all over the body her all test are normal like ecg blood test , fasting blood sugar usg cbc everything normal but she had extreme pain all over the body and she feel very tired throughout the day and in night the pain increases and also she is not able to sleep because she says sleep is not coming so she has a sleep problem also and she says her mouth also get dry she consulted a general physician he gave her tramazac p for extreme pain which specialist dr to suggest for this symptoms and what could be the reason behind these symptoms extreme pain all over the body feeling tired throughout the day sleep not happening properly and mouth is becoming dry (Pressure and pulse rate are normal 118/80)

Dear sir I m having sore throat and I consulted with ENT they told me u are having throat congestion and prescribed me augmentin 625 MG for 5 days, tab MONTAIR LC and rantac and INTAGESIC P...but sir within a month I have already been taken 4 course of antibiotics by self for throat issues... yesterday night my ENT PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTIC COURSE COMPLETED AND MID NIGHT I GOT FEVER WITH CHILLS ...so I want to know that this yesterday night fever came overuse antibiotics or any some other issues...???

Sir I m having throat irritation while speaking last one month and I desire clear the throat while speaking...I have taken 3 times of antibiotics course within a month... Now I consulted with ENT SPECIALIST and he told you have a lot of throat congestion And he prescribed me augmentin 625 MG BD FOR 5 DAYS , TAB MONTAIR LC HS , TAB RANTAC 150 BD , TAB LACTOCIP DS. BD, TAB INTAGESIC P BD And given for gargle with cap tetracycline 250 mg and DEXA 0.5 MG 2 tab I have taken 4 days medicine but still 30 to 40 percent relief What should I do???

3 days ago, I lifted 20kg wait by left hand just awaking up at mornig .. And middle of the night after mastarbation by left hand I feel burning sensation in my left chest... And next day i feel discomfort in hand.. I did ecg 3 times... And ecg report is normal.. I did trop t test... Trop t test was negative. But still have discomfort in left hand and  left chest... And feeling some left jaw discomfort from today... Is it heart attack?? I started to take vitamin b12, Nortipan m, and zerodol p tablet.. I am 25 years old..

My baby boy has some fever and dr prescribed medicines amoxylin novamox 250,a vitamin,and hatric 3 drops.later hatric 3 finished and we replace hatric 3 drops with rolrex -P DS (250) and added one more medicine lincotus PD for cough.this rolrex and lincotus are earlier prescription of the same doctor. And we continue the other medicines which are amoxylin novamox 250 and vitamin also.pls reply is there any issue with the mixing of these older and latest prescribed medicines together.i have given like this for many days.pls reply

Kindly see my MRI report for cervical spine with CVJ which shows low lying cerebeller tonsil (5 mm desent) with mild crowding of foramen magnum.  I have symptoms of left back side head pain as now from last 10 days. Kindly suggest?? I have started medicine as lornox P 1 time day,  myoril 2 times a day and joinfast tab 1 times day.now after medicine n resting pain is less. But is there any cure for future without any surgery as I am having headache/migraine from last 10 years n taking naproxen 250 whenever it's occurs weakly. My job is WFH laptop job for 10 hrs a day.

Age 7 years old boy weight 19 kg fever from two days ( Tomorrow afternoon 3 days complete ) 1St day 102 to 103.9 fever not decreased after using meftal p 2nd started clamp forte and febrinest fever decreasing again 6th hour ( with in 10 min increasing fever  101 to 102 fever tomorrow should I go for blood test or wait one more day..? ( no other symptoms ) fever and mild shivering blood tests names...?

Last LMP : 15.03.2024 Not sexually active in that cycle. So started taking Meprate. On 20.04.2024, no penetration as such. Just slight vaginal rubbing. Fearing pregnancy, I was made to take I pill 72. Post that, no physical relationship at all. I repeat no sexual contact at all. I did Beta HCG on 14th day, 20th day, 27th day, 31, 33rd and 35th day from unprotected sex. All of it is negative. I will be stopping Meprate from Monday. So can I call it as no more pregnancy as I not sexually active post 20.04.2024? When to expect periods after stopping Meprate? P. S: I am not sexually active after 20.04.2024. Please suggest.

I've been facing tonsillitis for the last 6 days, and I consulted an ENT specialist. She also gave me some medicines, which are Pantop 40, Amoxyclav 625, and Zerodol P. I took them for 3–4 days and still am not getting any effects, even though I am not able to swallow the saliva. So what should I do now? And my tonsils are too swollen, which means they are touching each other from their sides. I tried some home remedies too, like honey with black tea, haldi milk with ginger, and more. Can you give any cure or by which it can easily shrink to its original position? And one more thing, I think there are some whitesh kind of thing on there, not stone but just a layer.
