C Anca test positive
Hello Doctors,my baby is 1 year old...Her both  eye is swollen since 1st may.(we noticed),I check with gen pediatrician ,urine protein is negative..but protei creatinine ratio is 0.43,.doctor gave some blood test hb,cholestrol,protein,albumin also normal on 1st july..but day by day her eye swelling get wrosen..atfirst we see only lower eye lid swollen but since 15 days upper lids also swollen..We do online consaltation with pediatric nephrologist he asked repeat to do urine routine test and protein creatinine ratio ..this time protein in urine routine negative..protein creatinine ration 0.35..doctor said it is not nephrotic syndrom..he asked for c3,c4,Ana ,p anca and C anca test.. Today result arrived..C -Anca positive.. Doctor said it is autoimmune disease..He asked for P-Anca , c-Anca doing again from other lab We are very affraid ...pls guide .. Is it confirm auto immune diasese?he said vasculitis ...baby has rash on hèr body from yesterday...before 20 days she had same type of rash
