Last 7 days se fever or 2 days se high grade fever h 103, kal se Dr ne Cefixime add kari h but koi fyada nahi ho raha h. Sgpt test normal h, Urine Test Negative h, CR-P - 11.19 hai. CBC report attached h. Cough and cold bhi nahi h na hi motions h. Please suggest treatment.

Hi Doctor, My son is 3 year old and every 2-3 weeks he is suffering from high fever, cough and cold. This all started when he completed 2.5 year and started playschool. Every month even after every 2-3 weeks we have to visit doctor. And doctor prescribed Sinarest plus for cold and fever and ascoril for cough and when fever reaches above 101 Meftal - P , this all medicines for three days and if not getting cured then starts antibiotics. Could you please suggest are we taking right treatment and why is he getting sick every three weeks as we are so much worried or what could be done to improve immunity.

I am 32 yr old female . currently I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant..I had this huge abdominal cramp today at around 2am in the morning. I was sleeping .it was sudden and severe.has difficulty while passing urine . accompanied by lowe abdominal cramp .the pain subsided within 45 mins.i went to sleep .woke up p with mild cramping on one side of lower abdomen.now o am not facing any severe cramps.thimgs are normal when I am lying down in bed .I feel little uncomfortable when walking .is it normal? I usually feel a little bot of cramp every day that subsides after some time or when I change position.but I am really scared after what happened today .can anyone help please

My baby girl is 1 year n 3 months old and she is having cough from 4 days and fever from 2 days but no running nose and doctor prescribed SINEREST Af syrup 1 ml in the morning and ASCORIL LS Afternoon n night 1.5ml and L montus 1.5 ml in the night and MEFTAL P And Medimol drops alternatively every 4 to 6 hours. And from 2 days she s on medication but the cough has not reduced and fever is also coming every 4 hours and kindly suggest wt to be done ? No running nose

I had unprotected intercourse on 7th may and I took ipill on 10th My last menstrual period date was 17 April and my expected menstrual period date was 17 may On 21st may I had bleeding (12th day after taking I pill and 5th day later of my expected menstrual period date) this bleeding last for 5 days First 3 days I had heavy bleeding with thick stretchy mucus like blood and last 2 days I had light bleeding On 29th may today I had done beta hcg test and results is 0.48 miu/ml and I had u p t done results is negative Is there is change of pregnancy after all this happened

Age 31, Iam pregnant women, As per scan iam 18th week. My baby has been experiencing high fever for the past three days, which has been fluctuating. He is currently teething, and we have noticed that his right canine gum is swollen and red. We have been administering paracetamol every 6 hours, and Meftal P when the paracetamol doesn't seem to work. Despite this, his temperature keeps on fluctuating, with a maximum temperature of 103°F throughout the day. We have also noticed that at times his arms and legs feel cold, while his body and head feel very hot. We are concerned about his health and would appreciate your guidance on what we can do to help alleviate his symptoms. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

My daughter is almost 6. She had had fever for the last 3 days. The temp goes up to 103, then goes down to 98 after meftal or paracetamol goes up again ate 5 hrs and comes down. She has  slight shivering once in a while. She's also on azithral.200. 2 doses done as of now. I'm giving her paracetamol every 5 hours now and meftal p once in 8 hrs or as reqd. Her fever increases mostly at noon and late evening. She's active with fever although when is high she feels a Lil tired. Her poop is normal, she has a bit of phlegm and occasional cough. Should it give blood tests. She had no symptoms of typhoid or malaria or anything else. So I'm not sure. Is this viral. When will this get better. Pl advice. I'm anxious. It's 3 days as of tonight.
