Regarding overuse antibiotics
Dear sir I m having sore throat and I consulted with ENT they told me u are having throat congestion and prescribed me augmentin 625 MG for 5 days, tab MONTAIR LC and rantac and INTAGESIC P...but sir within a month I have already been taken 4 course of antibiotics by self for throat issues... yesterday night my ENT PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTIC COURSE COMPLETED AND MID NIGHT I GOT FEVER WITH CHILLS ...so I want to know that this yesterday night fever came overuse antibiotics or any some other issues...???

Hello. Please visit an ENT clinic and get a thorough clinical exam done, if advised endoscopy, kindly get it done as well. Please do a CBC with peripheral smear for the fever.
