Suffering from pain around ankle of Right leg n left wrist since last three months. Consulted with orthopedic, wherein, in first consultation, he recommended hifenac P for  5 days n chymoral forte for 10 days. Icing of the suffering area alongwith physiotherapy was also advised. But, there was no relief. Then in second consultation, the doctor recommended tab Disperzyme for ten days along with physiotherapy n icing. Also availed 30 - 35 sessions of physiotherapy, but, there is no relief. I'm diabetic, suffering from hypertension also gone through cardio angioplasty. Pl. Advise.

I had fever around 20 days back. I took azithral 500 and paracetamol. Fever went away in 5 days but cough and cold continued. I took honitus and strepsils but slowly I started experiencing bouts of dry cough. It was so violent that it shook my whole body. I went to doctor last week and he told swelling was there in my tonsils and throat. He gave me alerfix total and zerodol p. He tells it is GERD. My face was swollen as well so I took steam and my condition has improved but I have not totally recovered. I still get coughing bouts sometime and it chokes my throat as well. Please advise.

Hi doc, I recently had my health check up and everything looks normal but under chest xray doc showed me something old infection and suggested me to check with chest specialist. I am having little chest pain and would like to know if this is related to the old infection mentioned in my report. Report says : Couple of thick walled small size cystic/bronchiecticatic lesions noted at left hilar region. Thickened right C-P angle...S/O MILD PLEURAL thickening F/S/O old infective etiology.

Patient underwent Hysteroscopy with Dilation and Currettage BIOPSY RESULT-- Endometriod Adenocarcinoma figo grade 2 After 3 weeks surgical procedure was done Post S/P Exploratory laparotomy + Hystrectomy + B/L Salphingoopherectomy + B/L Pelvic Node Dissection Poorly differentiated high grade serous adenocarcinoma of the endometrium figo grade 3 Size of tumor: 4*3*0.8 cm infiltrating less than half of myometrium. Regional lymph nodes are negative pT1aN0Mx Is chemo or radiation necessary?

Hello doc, I am having seasonal allergies rhinitis with sinusitis, currently using levozet m/ nosikind P nasal drops as prescribed by doctor,but from last two months facing the acute pimples or acne outbreaks on jawline and shoulders it's really painful ,big like needs to be operate sometime ,pussfull and hard,I want to know if there is connection between drug ,allergy and acne ?meanwhile facing dry throat at night ,breathing difficulty like choking at sleep then pain in the face ,fatigue tiredn

My baby has got rashes all over his body. But I guess he is not having issues of itching that much. He is 1 year, 2 months old. He got a high fever past 5 days due to cold congestion inside his chest. From yesterday the fever was not there, but gradually the rashes started to appear and he has no itching complaints. I applied CALAPURE lotion, but it didn't show any difference. For fever and cold i gave MEFKIND - P SUSPENSION, SUMO L DS SUSPENSION, and CLAMP-KID FORTE SUSPENSION respectively. For cough I gave ASTHAKIND LS and for loose motion I gave ENTROMAX 5ml. The reason for rashes I don't know. Plz someone tell me the reason for rashes.

ATT was started after a week of intravenous antibiotics when he was diagnosed with infected lungs, cough, blood in sputum. Medication given was Pantop D, R-Cinex, Combutol, P-Zide, Levonac, Benadon, Liv-52,Trenaxa His foot has swollen with red rash and he has muscle & joint pain with nausea, vomitting, stomach pain.His Uric acid results are10.6. What do you advise. Also none of the tests tell TB except for lesions & nodules in CT Scan.
