Chronic atrophic pancreatitis
I had  chronic pancreatitis since 2015 my pancreas size is normal in this time but in 2018 I face problem of weight loss I went to my nearest gastrointestinal hospital in January 2020 they advice me for MRCP and USG which show my pancreas is small atrophic ( 10.5*9.5*9.1mm) size is this is risky or any treatment available for atrophic pancreatitis I am in depression due to this problem currently I am taking Creon 25000 -3 times  antoxid 2 times  eglicent P insulin 22 unit per day and voglimac MF 0.3 1 time . please give me some solution
