splenomegaly is part of CLD. the prognosis depends on the stage of disease and cause of disease. basically in all causes and stage's, nutrition is very important, food every six hours is must. rest consult a gastroenterologist

Hi, CLD is a progressive liver disease, and damage sustained to the liver is irreversible. However, with proper nutrition, avoidance of certain toxins (such as alcohol), vitamin supplementation, and management of cirrhosis complications, further liver damage can often be delayed or stopped. In severe cases of CLD, liver transplantation may be considered.
