Regarding liver
My father's age is 58. His sodium levels are fluctuating and platelets are low recently  in CT scan it showed that chronic liver parenchyma disease with moderate splenomegaly and mild ascites.wat should be done is it any serious matter. He is diabetic covid recovered with di dimer levels high
