I was hospitalized on March 12, 2017 for having an allergy due to olfenac-p which got worsened when I was given injection of dexa which further caused me muscle weakness in thighs of both limbs. I also had breathlessness issue since the morning of March 12th. I was discharged from hospital on March 16th but still have the problem of breathlessness. I met ENT specialist today who suggested me city scan of nasal cavity. But I also have pain in the nerves in backside of neckline and for last 3 days I'm having dizziness lightheadedness and feel like going to faint. For this the specialist asked me to see orthopedic or neurologist. I want to MRI scan my head region to find exact cause of all this. Please suggest me which MRI I need to go for.

Patient is suffering from jaundice due to tumor- head of the pancreas. He is also regularly taking insulin. Impression of the CT Scan of Upper Abdomen is as follows: Features suggestive of mass lesion in Pancreatic Head causing dilatation of MPD (Main Pancreatic Duct) billary tree gall bladder. Impression of USG Whole Abdomen (P) as follows: 1 .Hepatomegaly with distended gall bladder containing sludge. 2. Heterogeneous periampullary SOL-likely neoplastic causing billary obstruction.

Two days back, I met with an accidental and I was told the fourth metatarsal shaft in my right leg is fractured- UNDISPLACED. There was swelling and severe pain. The Ortho specialist in Apollo had given me a POP till the swelling and tenderness is gone. After few days, there is a review where they will give me a cast. They have given me T.Aceroc-P, T-Pan, T-Bon-k2. There is pain now and uneasiness. How long will it take to b cured? Will the cast fix the fracture? What does undisplaced mean? Can I walk without putting the injured foot down by hopping? Should I get crutches? What are the clinical advices? What way should I keep my foot? I'm working. Can I just be seated ? Or should the foot not be put down? I'm very much worried. Please advice.

HPE :- Well differentiated Squamous cell carcinoma, level 1B node +ve. STAGE :- P T2 N1 M0. He under went composite resection and reconstruction, following by adjuant radiation therapy withe external beam photons on a linear accelerator along with weekly 55 mg cisplatin through chemotherapy,he now underwent 4 chemos and he is very weak now, but the doc's are saying to take 6 . chemos in total. is it okay to skip 2 chemos of cisplatin ?(already 4 cisplatin chemos are taken)(he is suffering with vomitings) What are the further proceedings of treatment ? What is the life expectancy for him after this treatment?

I m having anxiety problem from last 1.5 month. The doctor after doing all the tests confirmed that it is anxiety. My blood pressure is normal 80/120 however my pulse is quite high 105 p/m. I also feel shortness of breath sometimes.He gave me nexito plus tablet for 7 days after which i felt almost normal. Then again i consulted another doctor who gave me etizola beta 0.25 mg twice a day. I am worried that these medicines can harm me in the long run. So i want to go for homeopathic treatment. Is anxiety curable through homeopathy without any sideffects. Please help me.

Hi there. I've had a very high fever since yesterday along with a really bad headache followed by cold cough and weakness. Today I went to the pharmacy and got myself Cepodem 200, Acenext-P, and Montewok-LC. As soon as I took this I started feeling very cold, I was shaking. Then I went to sleep and got all warm and sweaty. But I felt good after that. Now its been like 8 hrs since I took thise 3 in the morning, and now i feel like I'm getting a fever again. Should I continue with what I'm taking? Thank You!

Sir pleas sugest me i got allergic problem in eye last 10 days,pain in my near by ear and upper by ear but not brain or not headche,so i use p fresh tear and l pred drop last 7 day but the pain is occured when i not use the drop proper time. I check my eye for eye surgon he not prescribed me glass he say use this drop 28 days,other way i cheked a another general doctor he prescribed me glass use 6 month,please sir sugest me what to do can i use glass ya wait 28 day use drop.

I had sgpt 100 few months back which increased to 114, and I m not alcoholic. Moreover I have hair thinking and hair fall, dull skin with acne, scattered hair on head and scattered beard. There has been major decrease in volume of ejaculation. All the condition mostly after i had a breakup which led to a serious depression. I have applied the below specified medication. 1)clerome ( clindamycin phosphate gel U. S. P) 2) Topmetro gel ( Metronidazole gel USP 0.75%) above two mixed and applied from 8 pm to 10 pm 3)Erythego( Brimonidine Topical gel 0.33%) at night now the problem is I have small granular pimple and allergy and little irritation in face. Should I continue the medication or stop it? Now I have allergy all over my face. Should continue or stop the medication

I m 27 yrs old male I m nor athlete but during rest my pulse rate is aroumd 45 p/m but when i excercise or walk it starts increasing When i sleep i feel my pulse heavy throbbing many time i hv felt a litle pain may be bcoz m anxious about this my bp mostly remain normal range but at night it stand at 130/80 or 130/90 mmhg I dont do excercise much my bp even goes 114/68 mmhg Now i keep checking my pulse all the time...m scared plz help me
