Patient underwent Hysteroscopy with Dilation and Currettage BIOPSY RESULT-- Endometriod Adenocarcinoma figo grade 2 After 3 weeks surgical procedure was done Post S/P Exploratory laparotomy + Hystrectomy + B/L Salphingoopherectomy + B/L Pelvic Node Dissection Poorly differentiated high grade serous adenocarcinoma of the endometrium figo grade 3 Size of tumor: 4*3*0.8 cm infiltrating less than half of myometrium. Regional lymph nodes are negative pT1aN0Mx Is chemo or radiation necessary?

Size more than 2cm and poorly differentiated are the two factors which make radiation therapy necessary in this patient. Chemotherapy is not required
