Hi
Myself DR ASHWANI SHARMA
symptoms you mentioned must be seen by a doctor
Please dont self medicate yourself
You must go for MRI brain first to rule out any pathology
Without scan , no one can say about cancer or any other disease.
Rest assured , and dont worry
Please go for MRI brain scan
And let it be seen by neurologist
Thanks and regards

Talk to experienced oncologist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Long-term diabetes can lead to nerve damage(neuropathy) which might be one of the reasons for your symptoms.
Consultant an endocrinologist for you problems.
He may prescribe some vitamins for nerve support .
Try to regulate your sleep , maintain a healthy and balanced diet as per your dietician and include some exercise / yoga to your daily routine
