Fever, cold & cough in 2 year old
2 yr old got cold and cough a week back, for which doctor gave him monticope & asthakind & nebulizing with budecort & levolin..i gave him the syrups only & couldn't nebulize him due to a busy schedule but his cough improved a little bit..3 days back he got fever 102 degree in the morning so i gave him crocin 240 twice in 5 hrs gap & fever reduced a little bit & in the evening again it went to 103 degree, so the doctor prescribed meftal p..his fever went down with meftal p..but at night he started shivering so we took him to emergency & they gave him crocin 240 & n he slept for 3 hours..his fever is going up and fown since past 3 days & we are giving him crocin 240 every 4 hours...Child is playful even at 101 degree temperature and becomes lazy when temperature rises above that..he is drinking water normally but avoiding food but i still try to feed him a little bit..he is passing stools and utine normally...doctor prescribed him nebulizer & alex junior for cold & cough..next steps pls
