My 2 year old is having fever past 4 days,have already been to doctor and has subscribed noble plus and zifi 50 but past 2 days, have noticed that at night his head gets too much hot and rest body is cold.....what does that mean?

Please Change the medicine Give Sy meftagesic DS 4ml Twice a day Sy cepodem Xp 5ml Twice a day All for 3 days Reconsult after 3 days We will think of doing investigation if needed
