I have dry eyes problem since 15 yrs and recently in thyroid test Tsh is 10 and t3 and T4 is within range. USG neck is normal. ANA, C-ANCA, P-ANCA, is negative. Rest all blood test is normal. However, Result of anti tpo test is 159. Now do I need to under go any further investigations and I have to start for hypothyroidism. Request advice.

I am facing problem in upper side of throat on right side for last six weeks there is no high pain having mild pain like inching aur some thing pinning but when I touch that side it feels larger than other side tonsil for last 5-6 days my general physician is giving me antibiotics like symbotik-p and vitamin b12 tablets along with ferrous iron tablets for last one and half month but there is no improvement plzz help me I am very scared I am also taking cacirol calcium sachet weekly

Hello sir/mam. . i am too much worried about my eyes. Every time i check up my eyes it  increases by - 0.25D. it was - 4.25D, 6 months ago. i was seeing little blur. and it is now  - 4.5D. i heard that power stabilizes by 21 years of age. then why everytime it increases by - 0.25D???how long will this go on increasing like this??? will this ever get stabilized?? P. S. - i get retinal check ups regularly.

Dear Sir I have been facing this problem of acne and the scars from almost 6-8 years .After passing class 12th i had severe typhoid . And from then i had this .Acne are like it goes completely and then comes back . Have consulted many doctors for the same and have gone through many tests such cystic, thyroid. Everything comes fine in report . Medicine helped me but for time being only . Are acne a life long problem. Also many of the skin medicines have impact on pregnancy and mensuration . P

DId random routine and the report came out fine however when we got culture report it showed bacteria. Everytime after anti bitotic course culture report shows normal but after few days again routine report is ok but urine culture report shows bacteria and that too random like ecoli p neumonia citrobacter koseri Ultrasound, DMSA,MCU tests were all normal and showed no abnormality of any sort.

My bilirubin is 2.5... My direct bilirubin is normal-0.3.. But my indirect bilirubin is high - 2.2...and my other things like... ALT... AST.. ALKALINE PHOS.. Total protein.. Albumin... Globulin... A:G ratio are normal.... What's the reason behind it... And how can i decrease my indirect bilirubin...please help me... P. S.. I was suffering from jaundice 4 months ago
