My 6yr old hit her hip in a sharp desk ...as she was recovering from viral fever she was tired and as soon as she hit it she had pain, so I gave her 5 ml of P 250 syrup but it didn't subside even after an hour. She's finding difficulty in even turning and sitting. The exact place is top of the hip bone near the stomach. Please advice what to do...I'm really worried

Having tooth pain since last 2 days. Taken 3 tab Acekon P ytd every 4 hrs. Taken Muscodac 1 ytd night and ciprofloxacin with antacid. She s hving fever since saturday. It was low grade like 99.6 but on sunday it came out a bit high like 100.2 102. She s having tonsils n cough . Her doc told me to gv her meftal p as fever was high. N allerid two times a day. Is it a viral fever? Should i gv her antibiotic. ?
