My child is having fever .
She s hving fever since saturday. It was low grade like 99.6 but on sunday it came out a bit high like 100.2 102. She s having tonsils n cough .
Her doc told me to gv her meftal p as fever was high. N allerid two times a day.
Is it a viral fever? Should i gv her antibiotic. ?
