Boy child 3year old having Fever since yesterday, no other symptoms only fever temperature is 102. Gave paracetamol for kids yesterday and temperature came down...But again today the fever is 102

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. With this fever, its important to rule out underlying focus of infection. Do consult pediatrician for further evaluation and management. Meanwhile you may continue to give fever medicine, and wipe baby with normal tap water. Also give 5-7 glasses of fluids to avoid dehydration.
