My child is suffering from high grade fever 102 from two days. After giving paracetamol 250 syrup fever is getting down but again it's coming after 8 hours. He is complaining about little bit stomach pain also sometime. My baby age is 3 years, and weight 15kg.

Use 4.5 ml pcm syp for fever 8 hrly, do tepid sponging
Could be viral fever that usually take 5-7 days to subside
But if fever persists even after 3 days, get investigated and then take further management accordingly physically examination
