Having cough from 15 days but no running nose, no pain in throat. Got fever 3 times in these days. But no improvement in cough. Any suggestion.

Since you have consulted multiple times. We need to investigate to know the cause of the cough.
I would advice doing CBC, ESR, CRP, Xray Chest, etc.
In case of sputum in cough, you need to do sputum culture and CBNAAT.
The most probable case of dry cough is COPD, and of cough with expectoration is TB.

Since you have made multiple consultations with no much benefit you need to investigate this .
First it’s important to understand why there is cough ?and where the problem is ..
It can be in the lungs or the tubes that Carry air to lungs. It can be allergic or infective.
You didn’t mention if it’s wet or dry cough .. if it’s wet cough we need to do a sputum culture test to check for infection.
