I got a nose piercing done about 3 months ago, but u still hasn't healed completely. Sometimes I see a bump come up with pus filled in it. I am using a mometasone furoate cream which helps subside the bump but not the pain. Could you let me know what has to be done? And also if you could prescribe some antibiotics and cream to heal this completely? And what are the steps to be taken to avoid further infection? P. S- It is a gold piercing.

Hi, my fiance(26yrs) gave samples for Bilirubin Test. I got the result which shows Total Bilirubin count as 1.32 mg% of (0.10mg%-1.20mg%), Direct Bilirubin count as 0.45 mg% of (0.00mg%-0.40mg%) & Indirect Bilirubin count as 0.87mg% of (0.20mg%-0.80mg%). S. G. P. T count is 49.00 U/L. Can I please be informed by anyone of the doctors about it.

I had Viral fever 2 months back while which I had joint pains and the joint pain was there for around 2 weeks. I took tablets for 5 days(Enzocort6 and Hifenac P) after which the pain went off. My brother's CT scans show Centrilobular ground glass attenuation and subcentimetric mediastinal lymph nodes. His sputum test for tuberculosis return negative all 7 times we got them done. The doctor however, based on his symptoms is treating him for tuberculosis. I'm concerned if this is intact the correct treatment or not. Kindly suggest I'd I need to seek a second opinion. P. S. My brother is 21 years old. His chest x rays returned normal as well.

In 2013 I had an emergency appendectomy. 3 weeks after I was taken by ambulance, admitted to the hospital with b/p of 63/40 and was told that I had a pocket of fluid on my pelvis and that I was septic. I was put on I.V. antibiotics that includes Zosen, Rocephin, Cipiro, Flagil and Vancomycin. This nearly shut down my kidney's.
