Dolo contains paracetamol and nimesulide. Both the drugs are used for symptomatic management of fever. To get complete rid of fever, we need to find the cause of fever. As tests for malaria and typhoid are negative, we have ruled out two most common causes of fever but still you need a further laboratory work up to find out a cause and to have appropriate treatment.
