High grade fever with loose motion
My son is 4.5 years old weighing 20kg. He got fever of 102 and loose motion on Wednesday. His fever didn't subside on giving p-250 5ml. So we started giving combiflam 7.5 ml. But still now there is no improvement in the fever.. it reaches 102 after giving combiflam and getting reduced after 3-4 hours of dosage. He also has history of febrile seizures twice l. So we are giving frisium also. For loose motions, we are giving probiotic sachet and Delcopam Now loose motion still persist, fever is  getting reduced but bouncing back with high grade fever after 5 hours.. what shall I do..??

In Viral fever, fever can come in every 6 hours for 3 consecutive days. Still in doubt can consult a doctor to rul out other infections.

He may need tests, antibiotics and other treatment. Just combiflam or p250 is not going to solve the problem. Please consult directly
