2.8 years girl, she started vommoting since last two days, 4-5 times a day, since last one day she committed for one time , also she has loose motion and stool is watery going for toilet many times , seems she don't feel to eat , she is only taking water most of the time, below medicines started since last one day,
Modem - 2.5 ml three times a day
Meftal p - 5ml three times a day
Hifen100ds - 5ml two times a day
Gifaxin 100mg - 5ml two times a day
All above medicines for three days
I am not sure whether this is right prescription as don't see much improvement, because of not eating she is not sleeping well.
