I am giving taxom o and econorm as per doctor but I am worried about loose motion. The colour of motion is normal now but it's on looser side. Don't know what to give him to eat also.

Most of the gastroenteritis infections are because of viral etiology.
As you are already giving him antibiotics, please complete the course of medication and monitor his urine output and general activity.
Continue with econorm sachets.
Give him home based soft and easily digestible foods.
Curd rice, dal rice, khichdi can be given.
Packaged/spicy/oily foods are not recommended.
Give him ORS/coconut water/fluids to maintain hydration.
These infections usually take 1-2 weeks to settle and normal stool pattern will be observed after this.
Hope this helps.!
