Sudden left side chest pain 5 year old

Hi doctor My daughter is 5 year old. From past 4 days she is having severe cough , cold and fever Doctor prescribed the below medicine Meftal p syrup Cheston cold syrup Moxikind cv forte dry syrup Ascoril ls syrup I am giving this medicine from past 3 days Suddenly from yesterday she is complained of left side chest pain for few min after giving water the pain is gone.. Is it because of acid reflux. This is the first time she complained of chest pain Plz suggest Thank you

It can be because of reflux. My suggestion will be to directly consult with the same physician again. We may also need a Chest X ray if the pain is severe
