My daughter is 5 years old . She is having a fever 101.4 I have her ibugesic . She told me she is having ear pain also . No discharge nothing only pain . Any drops ?

You can continue with paracetamol syrup or Ibugesic syrup if your child has fever, as advised by your pediatrician.
Since the fever is persisting and there is ear pain, it is important to consult your pediatrician for a direct examination. The doctor will need to examine the ears to rule out otitis media (ear infection) and also examine enlarged lymph nodes associated with fever can sometimes cause pain that radiates to the ear.

Dear parent,
Please prefer paracetamol initially for fever. Consider ibugesic only if things are not settling with paracetamol .
If there is no ear discharge, no need of any drops as of now.
