My son of age 7th month baby is having coughing for more than 20 days. Recently we used below for 3 days. Delcon drops Asthakind-P He alsmot got relived but still coughing is there especially early morning. We are using cerloc (wheat+apple) Boiled apple juice Banana These are the only food we are giving other than mother feeding. Do we need to give any other food? And can we start giving light warm water? So far we are giving light warm water only after having cerloc Or apple juice only. Normally also can we give light warm water? Any diet suggestions plz?

I had fistulotomy on Monday. I was in hospital in Monday and Tuesday and all medicines were given through drips and my stools were soft enough to pass without pain. But Wednesday onwards, i shifted to oral medication. Can oral medication such as tab Pan 40 1-0-0, tab Ciplox TZ 1-0-1, tab Hifenac P 1-0-1, cap New Neutrolin B 1-1-1 cause hard stools even after taking 12ml of Lactifiber syrup and 12ml of Lactihep syrup? I am passing stools once a day, but the stool is not soft enough and it is causing extreme pain while defecation. Is this normal? How many days will i experience this pain?

Dear sir/Madam My baby is suffering from fever since two days (102) yesterday morning doctor prescribed suppository (given yesterday morning) Meftal -P 3ml once in a 5Hours, and he said if fever is not controlled in syrup then put taxim o dry syrup 12g/30ml 2.5ml twice a day. After meftal syrup used fever was not controlled then from yesterday night have given 2.5Ml taxim o and today morning along with meftal 3ml. Please advice My baby weight 9.8 20months old

Hello I'm mom of a 2 year old baby girl... recently we had given a vaccination shot to our girl (that 2year completion wala) but now she's having a fever...this vaccination happened on MONDAY..and from Tuesday onwards she's getting a fever..on Tuesday it was like feverish but from WEDNESDAY it is fever of 100-101 with a gap of 5-6hrs..we are worried now..yeh duration kam nh ho rha actually... she's a playful & active toddler but when fever comes she's at her peak of crankiness. Dear Docters, I was having right shoulder and back pain for few months. I went to docter and he asked me for MRI SCAN a week back. Below was result: 1) Mild Posterior disc bulge at C4/5, C5/6, C6/7 level indenting subarachnoid space, no significant nerve root or cord compression. 2) Loss of cervical lordosis seen. REMAINING ALL WERE NORMAL. Medicine - Toltop -p, maxnuron-lc, pre-mnt, coelone, But still can't feel any relief. Please suggest... Thanks

I missed my periods by 2weeks last Feb (2022) first time since my periods started and on doctor's advice i took med for withdrawal bleeding and it again resumed and for the last 1yr cycle was within 28-35days range. Thyroid & hormone levels also checked. This cycle is 36days long but still waiting for it to start though sometimes experiencing pms last 2-3days. Shall i wait for it to start or take med again? P. S. I am not sexually active so that rules out chances of pregnancy. My weight is also in normal range and I am physically fit

Hello Dr, My son got fever, cold, cough on Dec 20th and after medication, he was normal with 5..6days Again he got temperature on Dec 31 From 31st to till day, night time he is getting temperature of 100.. Today we did blood tests (fever profile).. Attached reports Crp : 11.3 Typhi o : 1:80 Does it mean typhoid Does crp 11.3 is very high? I am a 17 Male. From the last 3 months, I have started to experience Very Frequent Heart Palpitations(usually 4 to 5 times in a day, rarely 6 to 7 times in a day). These Palpitations don't bring any other system except the feeling of skipping heart beat which lasts for about 2 or 3 seconds at max and the returns to normal.(They occur unexpectedly and suddenly). Does it suggest a Heart Disease ? My Pulse at rest is 104. P S My Hair has also started thinning. Could it be a connection between these two (nutritional deficiencies or low blood count etc).
