Hello. As fever is still ongoing crossing 5 days duration, it is important to check her blood and Urine reports and act accordingly. Already , she has recieved 1 course of antibiotic abd still ongoing problem. So, clinical examination is also important again. Kindly check with your pediatrician

Hello, good to connect with you today
I need further details of history to come to possible reason which you are asking
I would suggest you the following
1. 103 is a very high temperature, please make sure you tepid along the child along with fever medications
2. Make sure you give her plenty of water, as high fever causes dehydration
3. Make sure all fever medications and antibiotics are given after food so that you avoid gastritis in child
It can be due to any infection like bacterial, typhoid or urine infection. Cant say without seeing and examining the child so rest lets wait for the reports to come.
