High fever
What should be the dosage of meftal p for 5 year old weighing 26 kgs. I gave 5 ml but still fever lasts and fever is 104. I tried ibuprofen and paracetamol, but fever still persits.

Hello. 4ml dose for Meftal P (100mg/5ml) is fine for your child. But, as it is high fever not responding to fever medications, please get the child examined to look for any focus of infection.
