This is a normal physiological phenomenon Usually young people have low heart rate during rest But still get an Ecg and an echo done Follow up with reports at my clinic so that I can examine you clinically Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician and Clinical Cardiologist

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need not check your pulse again and again. What symptoms do you have? If you do not have any symptoms then dont unnecessarily keep worrying. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
