Taking course of Lariago. Pl advise prophylaxis medicine to avoid recurrence. Primaquin is not available any where.

Hi Am suffering from fever since 3 days.on the day one the temperature before breakfast in 98 and later it is 102.on the day 1 I used hifenac p and rantac and I found some relaxation with hifenac.and from the afternoon I changed course to zifi 200 and from then the fever use to ve down in the morning and getting raised in the evening along with the shiver.so kindly suggest me some solution for this.I want to get rid out of this fever

My BP 140/90.. ( earlier 159/90, 150/90, then 145/90) I used to take LOSAR H Tab . Recently I found pain in chest, arms, pack Consulted at Jayadeva heart Hospital , found Heart Normal after ECHO and 2D ECHO. Prescribed TELMA-H tab/Daily along with fladol P ( need based ) Need suggestion which TAB will be effective more .

I'm having dull ache in my groin area and right testicle. doctor said that it is orchitis .i lift heavyweights(gym), but i do wear i supporter. no other symptoms other than this dull ache in rt testicle..currently i hade dose of medicine (sumol,acenac p,tab leon)..much relief.but want to know exact reason for this pai.

Hi Sir/Mam, Few days back, my father has undergone ECG as a routine check up and has got the report on the same day. Please go through the below findings and let me know the details on the same. Note: Age is 67+, non smokers, controlled Blood Pressure, controlled Blood sugar, have Cholesterol but taking Ecospirin (1tab/day, after dinner) and stroke or heart attack in the past. 2 yr old got cold and cough a week back, for which doctor gave him monticope & asthakind & nebulizing with budecort & levolin..i gave him the syrups only & couldn't nebulize him due to a busy schedule but his cough improved a little bit..3 days back he got fever 102 degree in the morning so i gave him crocin 240 twice in 5 hrs gap & fever reduced a little bit & in the evening again it went to 103 degree, so the doctor prescribed meftal p..his fever went down with meftal p..but at night he started shivering so we took him to emergency & they gave him crocin 240 & n he slept for 3 hours..his fever is going up and fown since past 3 days & we are giving him crocin 240 every 4 hours...Child is playful even at 101 degree temperature and becomes lazy when temperature rises above that..he is drinking water normally but avoiding food but i still try to feed him a little bit..he is passing stools and utine normally...doctor prescribed him nebulizer & alex junior for cold & cough..next steps pls

Hi Doc, My 6month old baby is on lactogen stage 2 formula milk...before he was on lactogen 1 from birth...he is recently turned 6month so we are giving him Lactogen stage 2 formula milk...he drinks breastmilk also...his stomach gets upset after drinking lactogen 2, also his poop color changed in loose foaming light yellow...before on lactogen 1 he do gray greenish mix poop... And he is on supplements also....his birth weight is 2.6kg...and now 6 month old- he is 8.8kgs 1)Calshine P drops -0.5ml a day 2)BEVON Drops -0.5 ml a day 3)Calcimax-P syrup -3ml twice a day 4)Tasiron drops -5 drops with like warm water twice a day In solid he eats boiled apple puree in the afternoon. Why he is having colic pain often? He cry so much when we give colimex drops then only he feels good ... Is these drops are too much for a 6month old baby?

Hello Doctors,my baby is 1 year old...Her both  eye is swollen since 1st may.(we noticed),I check with gen pediatrician ,urine protein is negative..but protei creatinine ratio is 0.43,.doctor gave some blood test hb,cholestrol,protein,albumin also normal on 1st july..but day by day her eye swelling get wrosen..atfirst we see only lower eye lid swollen but since 15 days upper lids also swollen..We do online consaltation with pediatric nephrologist he asked repeat to do urine routine test and protein creatinine ratio ..this time protein in urine routine negative..protein creatinine ration 0.35..doctor said it is not nephrotic syndrom..he asked for c3,c4,Ana ,p anca and C anca test.. Today result arrived..C -Anca positive.. Doctor said it is autoimmune disease..He asked for P-Anca , c-Anca doing again from other lab We are very affraid ...pls guide .. Is it confirm auto immune diasese?he said vasculitis ...baby has rash on hèr body from yesterday...before 20 days she had same type of rash

Woke up at 4 am on Tue night with pain and swollen heel. I was feverish. used relispray and took a tab of zerodol-p. Next 2 days fine. On Fri felt tinge of pain but transferred from heel to middle of the feet from below. Friday night it inc a lot and I took zerodol-p as I got feverish. Sat morn pain high with slight swollenness. Consulted doctor online, prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d and chymoral forte. doing cold compress, put a crepe bandage and resting. No x ray done. pain is almost gone today. Got blood test done as advised. My uric acid high for 2 years, no meds taken, no issues yet. It was 9.4 in 2022, 8.9 in 2023 and today its 8.8. Vit D is 17.73, Triglyceride is 349, VLDL 47, Non HDL Cholestrol 154, HDL ratio 4.8, C-reactive protein 15.91. Rest all normal limits. Is this gout/plantar fasciitis/acute inflammatory condition? I will change food habits, any medication to be taken to avoid future scenarios?

I probably twisted my ankle on Tuesday night when I woke up to drink water at 3 am. At 4 I woke up with pain in my swollen heel. I was feverish too. I used relispray and took 1 tablet of zerodol-p and slept. Wednesday morning everything was fine so I went to office. Thursday too everything was fine and no pain at all. But on Friday morning I felt a tinge of pain but it had transferred from heel to middle of th e feet from below. I went to office and the pain kept increasing but not alarming. On Friday night it increased a lot and I took another zerodol-p as I got feverish again and slept. But Saturday morning pain was high with slight swollenness. Consulted a doctor online who prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d, chymoral forte. I am doing cold compress, put a crepe bangade too and taking rest. Is this transfer of pain after 2 days common? How come it went away and came back? Do I need to take anything else like calcium tabs or ligament repair tab? No xray done yet. It's tough to walk.
