My brother is having severe headache since last 5 days.. He has done C. T. Scan reports are okay his doctor said him to consult a psychiatric... Is it curable or not?

Sleeping issue from last 3 to 4 days. Headache issue, anxiety issue. Not getting properly sleep. overthinking

Dear Experienced doctors, I have been recently experiencing remembering old thoughts which are disturbing my daily life style. I keep on thinking about past memories and I was regretting  like I would have done those things  that way at that time but i haven't done that way and something like that. So could you please suggest if any scan helps me identify any issue in brain or just it's normal feeling.

I am suffering from vaginismus. Unable to perform Intercourse. So unable to conceive.  Visited a fertility centre but unable to do the vaginal scanning because i got scared and also suffered pain at the scanning time.Need some counseling for that.

My 3.9 years daughter is going school since 1.5 years. Still she is crying to go saying she is scared as we are not there in School. but she goes elsewhere places without us and don't come even we calls. She has stage fear. She cries in karate class, dance class in school. She doesn't have stability at one thing,she starts a thing and does it for a minute or two then goes to other thing. We don't know what exactly the problem is.

Unable to have a control over emotions and get happy in life due to a lot of baggage from past. Not able to focus on work, doesn't enjoy gatherings because back of my head am always thinking that when will I get to my freedom, a happy normal life with the people I love.

I got cheated by a man with whom I had a 2 n half yrs relationship...he used me for his financial needs and physical needs now he left me by choosing another girl..whom he got met through insta 3 mnts ago.she is in a better position than me n him .he told me" I genuinely loved u but due to my situations n surroundings my mind changed.i lost love towards u..now I am  truly  loving her and I wants to be genuine with her and would like to marry her after i got settled well financially "..we both are students...he got passed in an attempt where I got failed in the same attempt which we gave 6 months back...now I have exams where my utmost concentration requires...his memories are haunting me...not able to sleep r eat..my heart is getting very heavy and I am not able to take this pain..pls help me to overcome this anxiety..pls share me any medicine to handle this pain ..I want to overcome from this restless and crying nyts...I don't want 2waste my days coz this is my last attempt to qualify

I am suffering from insomnia from past 3 years. Now my health is suffering due to this. Even the double dose of sleep medication doesn't help. I spend my nights thinking about the people who did bad or doing bad to me. I am becoming victim of gaslightning and narcicism. And this thing is affecting my mental as well as physical health.
