Okay,so it was a toxic relationship,I used to demand my girlfriend for sextings(calls and chats),she also used to do it but the frequency was not as per my desire,I used to miss her,wanted to do video calls on weekends but she was really dramatic about that also,For the first one her reason was she didn't feel pleasured from sexting,her mood for sexting used to come once in two months,and she can talk more on video calls, that's why even if I used to miss her she used to say okay see my old pics nah,no need to video call(jokes a part,but I used to get hurt from these talks), whatever because of these I always scolded her,blamed her,said asexual,said I can't live with you if you can't be intimate with you till 5-6 years,as she said we would do that when we get scope, situation,not pre planned.July,2024,she broke up, didn't block me,I shocked,blamed her,after 3 days she block me,abused me so much,I begged in front of her,she was watching reels then,said I don't love you,How?Was that real

I have pcod. I face extreme emotional ups and downs. At one moment i'll happy and after 2-3 day anxious and feel depressed. Some time so clam and relaxed in worst situation. And sometimes just full of rage. This change in behaviour affects my day to day life and my relationship with family and friends. And i have no idea how to handle it.

My both hand 4 figers joint, it's by birth . I have don't any problem & I'm working as normal person. I need medical fitness certificate for working in construction site.

10th July,2024 my girlfriend broke up with me because of my toxicity.I used to scold her,blame her,judge her all time I got frustrated with her,like when she used to deny me for having dirty talks on calls or chat when I was on mood,When she used to deny me to book a hotel room(oyo)for being intimate,her thought was we could be intimate,no problem about that,but if situation occurs then,like we would go on a trip,stay in a room,dark night,romantic conversation,a glass of wine,candle light then may be we could have sex,it was too filmy for me,and that situation was not going to happen for next 5 years,So I used to think she is not ready to do it,I told her asexual so many times for that,told her that I feel lucky when I generally talk to you but feel lonely when I feel horny like that,I broke up and patched up with her so many times. one day she was not replying me on WhatsApp and my friend told she is cheating on you,she got to know about this,and finally broke up, share your thoughts.

I used to chat with girls on social media,I don't know why I used to do that while having a gf but also I used to tell my gf about those things sometimes,like it's a kind of fun,I used to smile and say those things to her, never realised it could hurt her.Few days later I really got engaged with a girl,like calling,texting,one night I had dirty talks with her on call(never told this to my gf),but told that I was talking to a girl since a few days, and she stayed with me!!A few days later I broke up with her as I was not enjoying the relationship,but the next day I patched up  saying that it was a prank.She again accepted me.Now from then everytime I got angry, frustrated with her I said her that it's breakup,used to ignore her for 10 min,then again patchup.After 6 months I was ready to be intimate with her,she was also but not in oyo,nudes,sexting(call,chat)was not her type,so kissing was not enough for me and sex was not that important for her in relationship.Blamed,judged he breakup

I am unable to take blood test as I am afraid. For injection also I am afraid. How to overcome this ?

Of late my 8.5y old son has become extremely erratic and doesn't listen to me at all.. extremely hyperactive and doesn't listen to me at all. If a person talks to him about something, he will answer or not answer completely different - whatever is going on in his mind.. irrespective of the question.. doesn't care about anything as such. He is very aggressive, answering in anger every single thing...always in a bad mood... Addicted to the screen as well.. I am a working mother of 2 kids.. younger one being 3years old. Husband stays out of city. Kids are with nanny while I'm out. Nanny is strict but good. No problem with younger kid so far. I have taken up working from home from next week. Kindly suggest what to do. Feeling very helpless.

I have difficulty in paying attention. I Can't sit and concentrate on work in a place for long time. I feel very overwhelmed when a task is given to me. I'm on bench list and can be fired anytime because I was not able to complete any project before Deadline. I have insomnia from last 6 years. My energy levels are always dull. I feel like I'm on the verge of going crazy. Is this ADHD or something else ? I always had poor grades in school as well. I was very hesitant to take Counselling. Please guide.

My father was diagnosed with lungs infection, previously doctor said it is tb and given him akurit 4, 4:tablets daily, after breakfast but after taking that from the second day he was felling very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep and was felling very uneasy, then we saw him another doctor he said that there is no tb his infection was due to smoking and he said to stop akurit 4 and prescribed different medicines but the main problem is that he is unable to sleep since 5 days please suggest
