How do I handle myself
I lost my self confidence. People blame me for everything. I just don't know if I'm the one making mistakes every time. I'm tired of getting lectures from everyone. Whatever I say people try to pick out mistakes there. I'm not happy. I hate who I'm right now. There is no respect for my words. Everyone targets me . It's been 3 years since I've been working from home. I'm comfortable at home, I don't like people around me. I'm afraid of conflicts.
I have a boyfriend, he is very good.. but I think I depended on him. That leads us to fight. I don't want to be depended. I want to be happy.. what do I need to do? Please this mindset not allowing me to mingle with anyone.. no one is happy around me. No one likes me. They always sees me as problematic person,but I'm not. I was happy before not now, is it because I started listening to everyone?

I have wavy hair its difficult to manage at some point since it's so long. So o straightened, my face shape changed. I went to college all are saying and appreciating me for my straight hair but now i am afraid how would they feel if they see me in my wavy hair since this treatment is temporary my curls do appear after few months. What to do here?
I live in a rented house, with my house owner having his own room. He was away for quite some time. Recently i talked with my friends they said you look like you've lost weight, i have body dysmorphia ocd. My anxiety peaked up and out of this, i did a stupid thing. I have mirror in my bathroom but its a small one, so since no one was in the house, I stupidly entered his room to see if any big mirror is there to check myself. I did, and while doing that i left my specs in his room smwhwere. His frnd came after a while and found my specs there and confronted me what i was doing. I again out of anxiety said there was some noise coz of which i went to his room lst night and i might have left the specs there. But sure as hell they find it weird and think i was there to steal something. But in reality i had no ill intentions and it was just a stupid OCD of mine. I wanna assure them i will never do again.. :( what to do in this situation? I am also embarrassed of opening abt this hlth issue!
